Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Noise cancelling from Bose has been proven for years but the best feature is you can not only control the level of cancelling but easily customize it the control it without need to open the app. Bose sound quality has also been proven for decades and nothing is lost here. Size of the buds and the case were of concern but the bud-size is just fine and they don't slip or fall out like others. PLUS people see them and get your attention before talking away. The case is great and indicates charge level. Charges last a long time I think longer than advertised.

Full charge 100 % you get about 3 hours. Noise canceling not very good I can still hear everything around me. Oh and if you connect it to more than one device you have to turnoff blue tooth from your other devices. My Jabra just connected to what device I was using.

It's great to hear how much you have been enjoying the sound and comfort of your earbuds!
Your earbuds will give you up to 6 Hours of audio from a full charge, with up to 12 hours more playback time with charging case! As it sounds like you are getting much less than this, I would recommend checking the charger you are using with them. The earbuds need a charger that is rated for 5V - 1.2A to charge correctly.
If you find the earbuds are not cancelling as much noise as you expect, you can choose from 11 levels of noise-cancellation in the Bose Music app. It's worth trying these levels to find what works best for you!
