So 1 1/2 years after $279 plus tax. Warranty is only for a year. Bose customer service online is marketed as 24/7, but the button is grayed out as unavailable. Problem is they will not connect to the iPhone Bluetooth because of white/red lights error where only advertised solution is customer service. Tried all the tricks and read the manual-No joy! Actually couldn't connect for at least 6 months, but today I spent 2 hours in a deep rabbit hole to get this fixed by reading the manual, online research etc, which turned out to be a waste of time, so because I acted on fixing this just today, I added an extra six months of "working." I do not recommend these unless you are willing to pay another cost for extended warranty. Cheers!
