The noice canceling feature is great and you can’t adjust it to your liking or preference. Yes the design is a bit bulky in comparison to other competitor brands and these don’t yet have the same customization as other brands but overall these are water and sweat resistant, I can work out with these without the fear of them falling out of my ear. I am able to shut out all the background notice and I am during phone calls I haven’t had complains about the sound quality. Overall I am very pleased and I recommend!

There is a popping/hissing noise at max volume on occasions. The call quality is average. I think they are good but not worth the 279 price. I dont like the bulky design. They are massive compared to all other earbuds.

Not as good as I was expecting

It's also hard to connect and it won't always control the volume correctly. It cancels noise fairly well whenever you manage to get them in correctly. I'm fairly disappointed with the experience after paying so much for them.

Should you be finding the smallest of the 3 ear tip sizes that come with the earbuds uncomfortable, you likely don't have them sitting correctly in your ears. We have a guide here that will help you make sure you get the perfect fit: https://bose.life/34NQd7G
