Make sure they fit your Ear

ALSO I had to return these because they simply did not stay in my ear - which is very weird bc all my previous Bose in-ear headphones never fell out my ear

We're glad that you've thoroughly enjoyed the effective noise cancelling and high-fidelity audio of your headphones. You can listen for up to 6 hours on a single charge. Then when you’re done, pop them in the case for an additional 2 full charges. The charging case is 1.25" H x 3.5" W x 2" D.
