I guess my Apple Airpods Pro have me spoiled with wearing only one bud in the ear at a time that I feel cheated by these. I mean you can wear only the right earbud in the ear alone but not the left one. Also, you're unable to switch lines in the event another call is coming in. I was very disappointed when I tries to listen to my music on these things. I can't hear all of the strings or bass while listening to my favorite Classical or Jazz songs. I have to remind myself that these are not over-the-ear headphones! The noise cancelling capability is average as well and is about the best thing happening with these earbuds. I have small ears and it's very frustrating when these things are constantly falling out of my ear. I recommend you to purchase for yourself to see what I am talking about. They're not at all worth the amount of money that I paid for them.

For me, the buds were very bulky, difficult to fit in my ears, and they do not feel secure. The sound is worthy of a 4-star rating. It may be a 5-star if they fit me and were more secure.

Left channel Dead at 8 months

Unfortunately, the Left channel is now dead after only 8 months!! My wife used them fairly routinely over this time, but not all day every day. For the price point, 2 years would be a marketable time period.

The Unsyncable Earbuds that Sunk My Heart

It happened to me as well. Very uncool Bose. I was able to return the pair for another set that worked as intended, but I paid a little extra ($5). Like other functioning earbuds, they should sync and be available for use immediately after unboxing. Anyway, it can be an issue if you are a consumer who either gifts or waits (3 weeks or more) to enjoy these earbuds only to find that they don’t work and the time allowed to return them has expired. Recommendation: Even if this are a gift, check to see if both earbuds light up (white first and then blue) ASAP after purchase.
