Not worth it

The mic quality when compared to the airpod pro’s is awful, and the inability to pair to multiple devices, is painful. Returning, and back to the AirPod Pros :/ I was so stoked for these. Maybe next year.

I'm glad to hear you've been enjoying the sound and fit of your earbuds! For calls, they use a specially designed microphone array to pick up the sound of your voice while rejecting most of the noise around you. As a result, whether you’re on a call or using your virtual assistant, your voice is the focus. As the mics are focussed on your mouth, if the earbuds do not fit properly or the orientation is incorrect it could lead to poor mic performance so make sure you have the correct eartips for your ears. We do have a guide to help determine the best eartips for you here: https://bose.life/34NQd7G Please try this before returning them as I am sure it will help!

The fit is too bulky as well I ended up returning them. They kept falling out of my ears and for the price they should have stayed put.

Posted .Connectivity issues happen from time to time. You can easily address this by clearing the Bluetooth pairing list of your earbuds and rebooting your phone/source. Also, to ensure proper comfort and headphone performance, Bose QuietComfort Earbuds come with three sizes of soft eartips. You may have to experiment to determine which tip size is the best fit for each ear — and it’s not at all unusual to find you need a different size in each ear.
