I bought several of these and had to return it because it made a crackling noise. It sound like the drum on the balls was damage. Made a crackling noise. maybe update can fix this

Nice Sound - Bluetooth Issues

I can be in the middle of a call and it disconnects, then reconnects (if at all). I recommend JayBird's. The last pair I had lasted over 2 years before I started having issues with the battery life.

Not worth the price

You can't use the earbuds independently, the right one is the main one and the left gets the signal from the right. It has so many connection issues. The sound quality is mediocre at best. When they came into market you couldn't even change the volume on it. They added that feature after everyone complained. How can you call this a truly wireless earbud when most of the functions are control through the phone. They are big and they stick out. The fit is somewhat secure, but not secure enough for workout. This earbud that's one thing great. It is the king of noise canceling earbuds! So if noise canceling is your number one priority then I say go for it otherwise there are plenty of other options out there.
