    The noise cancellation is a great feature and ambient works better than i was hoping, but the downside was that unlike the airpods pro, or just the airpods, i can't use either bud, it's either, right, both or none. wish that was fixed but overall it's a good product.

    I am more than happy with my recent purchase of Bose QuietComfort earbuds. Bose products are always my first choice for the music I enjoy listening to. Love the color Sandstone. Best Buy in Grapevine is by far my favorite store to shop. All Associates are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable on all the major products they represent. Always a pleasure to shop at the Grapevine store.

    Three days after Christmas the right main earbud quit working and wouldn't even charge. Left ear bud had a faint light the entire time while charging. Had to return them for a new pair. Overall the sound quality and ease of use is great.
