Promising Turned Disappointing

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking forward to the noise canceling quality of Bose, and the great sound I have gotten out of the over the ear models in a small wireless form. Most of the in-ear headphones fall out for me so the insert to hold them in looked promising. It was not - the inserts are super soft so any significant movement and the bud falls out. The biggest surprise was the fact that they NEVER turn off unless they run out of battery. There is no way to shut them down. Putting them back in the case does not disconnect them either. I have several BT headsets and swap based on need so have to manually disconnect these each time. Returned them within 5 days.

Sorry to hear that you have to return the QC Earbuds. The earbuds come in 3 sizes, soft silicone — not hard plastic, StayHear™ Max tips. When you move, the tips keep your earbuds in place. Here is also the link on how you wear and adjust it. https://bose.life/3rArQWf. Also, if your tip size is in between the sizes available, you can contact our team - https://bose.life/3IljrNu and we'll be happy to help you with this. To turn it off, you have to place both earbuds in the case and close the case.
