I have had many of wireless earbuds and these by far have the best noise cancellation out for a wireless earbud. I know are a few basic features missing but these are my favorite wireless earbuds that I own. Some of the basice issues can be fixed with software updates and I hope Bose fixes those issue. Overall great earbuds!!!

Ended up returning because When the sound cancelling is 100% on with music or no music playing they are great. When you turn the sound canceling to 0% (aware mode) there is a buzzing noise that you can hear with no music (music can cover up the sound but still kinda noticeable with low music). Googled the issue and others had the same experience. This is not good especially if you just want to leave the earbuds in your ear. Not worth the high price tag for the persistent buzzing noise. Other the buzzing I loved them, so I'll wait for second generation improvement before investing again.

We understand you have returned them for the buzzing noise you were getting. It is unusual to be getting a buzzing noise in quiet mode.

It's more on the very light beige side. Hope a software update comes and adds both volume and music controls like the Jabra 75t. Case is on the big side but I love the wireless charge feature and the usb-c charging connection.
