    The music sound was amazing but the left ear wasn’t working independently like it was suppose to once I closed the case it would disconnect ☹️ I’ll wait till the next batch maybe it was just the pair I had

      Hey Stacy,

      I am sorry that you were led to believe that these earbuds work independently from each other. This is not entirely true. The signal path is as follows: Device > Right earbud > Left earbud. The right earbud is the primary and the left earbud is the secondary. This means that the right earbud has to be active in order for the signal to reach the left earbud. There are ways to work around this on a temporary basis, but not permanently. If you did want to use just the left earbud, you can do this by either not putting the right earbud into the charging case, or putting it in the charging case but not closing the lid. The reason this is only a temporary solution is because the right earbud will go into standby after 20 minutes of inactivity, and therefore, the left earbud will also go into standby.
