Disappointing Earbuds

I really wanted to like these earbuds and was anxiously waiting for them to come out for a few years. I had previously purchased the wireless noise canceling earbuds with the horseshoe neck piece and the noise canceling earbuds that were fully wired. I actually liked how both of those earbuds fit in my ears a lot better than these. These feel big and bulky. They don't seem to fit my eardrum very well and do not feel stable. I am very disappointed in these and hope Bose does a better job on their next product.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with the fit. Have you tried the different sized ear tips? They will help to provide more stability and comfort. The pieces for sizing are a game changer for me, but one of them gets loose and when I go to adjust it the volume changes or Siri interrupts my music listening My wife had bought me the Apple iPods about 2 years ago and she surprised me with these Bose noise canceling ones. I’m partial to Bose to begin with. I enjoy them greatly.
