Also, was annoying that I couldn't get one to play and take the other out. Nice earbuds though. I decided to stick with my galaxy buds

I'm sorry to hear you found the Earbuds uncomfortable. With regard to the auto-pause feature when removing one bud, there is an option on the Bose Music app to disable this if you do not wish for it to happen. To learn more, search the web for Bose QC Earbuds In-Ear Detection.

They were the first expensive pair of earbuds I had bought, and while both the sound quality and noise-cancelling feature were great, they were extremely unreliable. Less than 2 months and my right earbud essentially did not work- and that is the side with the microphone. It would connect for less than a minute then just continue to turn on and off. It did this with all of my devices, on a variety of WiFi connections, and even after I cleared my devices of all other previous Bluetooth connections.

But if that not something that bothers you these things are fantastic

The only reason i didnt give them a 5 is because the speaker is too sensative and when I'm driving, the person I'm on the phone with says it sounds like im in a wind tunnel.

Tried all the reset and trouble shooting procedures I could find online. Ended up taking back to Best Buy and exchanging for a new set. New set works fine, super easy exchange at the store to make it right.
