Ear tips hurt my ears, don't fit

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bose changed the eartips to a new version called the StayHear Max which doesn't fit or is not as comfortable as the previous tips they used in the past. These made my ears hurt really bad because you have to wrestle with these for a good fit. Kind of goes back to if something is not broke, don't try to fix it. The sound quality is excellent, the noise cancelling is fantastic. I sold my Sony WF 1000XM3 earbuds which were a great fit and had awesome sound and noise cancelling also. I may return these given the fact the Sony's are now $50 cheaper and fit my ears alot better because they use high quality foam tips.

It's great to hear you have been enjoying the excellent sound quality and fantastic noise cancellation! If you find they are not as comfortable as your previous ear buds, make sure you are using the correct size of the new StayHear Max eartips. The earbuds come with 3 different sizes of these eartips so be sure to try all of them to find the correct size for you. It's not unusual to have a different size of ear tip on the left and right ear so don't be afraid to mix and match. One sided earbuds

It is correct that the right earbud includes the telephone microphone and is required in order to use your two earbuds together as this is the primary. Due to the technical nature of these headphones and the way Bluetooth data is processed - Bluetooth audio data is first sent to the right earbud and then relayed to the left earbud after processing. The Earbuds also have a battery life of up to 6 hours, the charging case also allows an additional charge, 15 minutes of charging also allows 2 hours of playback time.
