It's only noise cancelling when both buds are in (which is fine) but my main gripe is you can only use 1 earbud to talk on the phone and for 279 dollars! Bose have to do better. With other brands at the same price point and cheaper you have the option to talk and listen to music or videos with either ear independently. I honestly thought that was a standard feature with wireless earbuds.

Posted .I am glad to hear you enjoy the sound and noise cancellation of your earbuds. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with not being able to use each bud independently. Your right earbud will connect to the device (for example, your phone) and beam the signal to the left earbud. This is why the right earbuds have to be used when using only one earbud.
Whilst this feature may be available with third-party products, you will not find the great Bose sound and noise cancellation anywhere else!

Fairly easy to use and link. Did run into some problems trying to sync to use on iPad and iPhone but no luck as I had to sync my phone again as that will be my primary device. I have another Bose product, over the ears, I will use with my phone and computers.

While, the sound was good and clear, did not cancel the ambient noise. Not as good as AirPods Pro, which we ended up purchasing instead.

Posted .Hello Raney, I am glad to hear you enjoyed the sound from your headphones, I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the noise cancellation. Our soft, silicone eartips passively block some noise. But the true quiet comes from our Acoustic Noise Cancelling technology. Microphones hidden in the earbuds monitor environmental sounds and then produce the opposite signal to cancel that noise. Did you know that you could flip through your three favourite noise cancelling levels by double tapping the left earbud?
