Decent sound. Pretty uncomfortable after using them for a while. The first pair I bought only lasted one month before the left one stopped working.

The second is clear, but it's not as good as the previous Bose products I've used. The voice is annoying, but you can turn that off on the app. I prefer my Jabra Elite Sports, however, these should be more durable.

They work great, and are very comfortable to wear.

You have to download the Bose app in order to sync them to your phone. They last you about 4-5 hours of constant listening on a full charge. They are better than the beats by Dre wireless earbuds. That’s what I traded in for these Bose.

I have had many Bose headphones before, while the sound quality of this model is great when it works, too often the left earbud looses connection, even though it is fully charged. My old Bose SoundSport is much more reliable and only goes off when it runs out of charge. There lots of complaints about this issue online. Shame on you Bose. Stay away from this, it is too expensive and lets you down when you need it.

Good sound quality. The only thing that I was not impressed with is how when you switched from your phone to tablet or another device you have to repair the ear buds.

Excellent Ear Headphones and meet the expectations.

The employee at the Tucson Arizona store helped me make the perfect Bose ear phones. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name. He was professional and helpful. Took time to explain what I could expect from the ear phones. I am happy with the quality and it does as he said!!

Great sound and unmatched noise cancellation. That being said, the earbuds are still bulky and the fitment may not work for all ears. I personally do not use these while excessively active, so the bulkiness is worth the premier noise cancellation. As for fitment, there is a memory foam ear tip conversion that I recommend for those with issues. On to the negative - I had these for 24hrs when the left earbud went out. No light flashing on the earbud itself and neither would connect via BT. Nothing worked to fix the problem. Returned for a 2nd set. Paid $71 for the protection package to supplement the factory warranty, since my experience had not started well. Fast forward 3 weeks and we again experience the same issue. The right earbud went out. No light and no connection. (*sidenote* these earbuds are used, maybe, on the weekends for, at most, 4hrs and only travel from the bedroom to the living room.) I went back to customer service at Best Buy to show them the issue. They have me pick up what is now my 3rd set in under a month to swap out the faulty set. I am then asked if I want to continue my protection plan on the new set of earbuds. Upon agreement, I am asked to pay another $71. *WAIT* This is a reoccurring Manufacturer's Defect! Why am I being asked to use my additional plan to cover these issues? I'm told that anything outside of 15 days from purchase falls on my plan. This product has a Manufacturer warranty of 1yr. If I needed to go directly through Bose for this warranty, I should have been advised as such. I should not automatically lose my coverage based on a faulty product. That responsibility should fall directly on the Manufacturer and/or reseller's of said product. So basically, when working, the Bose QC earbuds are an outstanding product with a few flaws. The Best Buy Protection Plan and Customer Service, have the same flaws. Be aware before getting taken advantage of.

They have great sound and block excessive background noise. The battery last plenty of hours and they're so easy to charge. Place them in they're charging case and wow. Only downside kinda hard to place in ears

The buds did not fit well for my wife and they felt heavy. Given the price, and the not-so-great fit we decided to return these earbuds. We understand that not all earbuds fit everyone and hence we switched to Beats PowerPro earbuds instead.
