The noise-cancelling options for quiet or "aware" (of what's being said) is easily set with two taps on the left side case. without music plating, the world goes quiet. I use them at work, so I can concentrate.

They did not! Unfortunately, they were uncomfortable, bulky, poor sound quality and barely even comparable to AirPod Pros noise cancelling nonetheless my Bose over the head headphones. They were definitely not my favorite.

Plus, different to stay in the ear.

They seemed to fall out from time to time and was painful most of the time. My first Bose product that I haven't loved.

I gave it four star due to the ear buds not having all functions at the ear. You have to choose what functions you want to program. Otherwise great earbuds.

But the Bose QC ear buds have MUCH better sound and noise canceling. And it is the sound that I appreciate. I like the apple buds and they work very well. The Bose buds SOUND so much better…

Great sound but is high priced and short lasting

First left earbud mute. Needs to reset to get back again and finally left earbud mute completely and right one with an horrible sound need to put in dumpster. No more Bose. I have the whites 3 years am still working with a short battery duration (1 + hour) but works with decent sound.

Wanted to love them

The main thing that made me return these headphones was the fact that you were only able to speak on the phone from the right earpiece. The price was way too high to only have ONE microphone. I really wanted to love these but those were the main things that made me return them since I am out on the road from 8-14 hours a day!
