    People live these but there were not comfortable for me at all. Theyvare a great value at the sale price. Noise cancelling was fantastic!

    12Nov21: TO: Best Buy and Bose: While the ear buds are considered good, however, they fall of from ears quickly, no matter how snugly fitted they are within. It is suggested that Bose provides a silk cord that can be tied to each er buds, so they do not fall of at home or in a lawn or at any other location as well. They are so tiny that they can be lost quickly with full loss of investment in a blink of an eye. Bose needs to provide a silk cord to me quickly at no additional cost at my mailing address as in your records.

      I'm sorry to hear that they are falling out a lot. Have you tried the other ear tip sizes? The QC Earbuds come with three different sizes and I would recommend that you try them all to get the most stable and comfortable fit for you!

    its ok. The only reason i am giving it a 3 star is that it keeps falling off my ears, and that is a big thing for me. I bought this to use during my meetings online, and occasionally at night when i watch a video and I don't want to wake anyone else in the house. they keep falling, I had a phone call today and I was trying to squeeze it in my right ear and accidentally I ended the call twice, not one but twice.. the person complained about our call breaking up as I was explaining that my earphone was falling and I was trying to put it in my ear.

    They started out great, but now I'm just a couple months outside warranty and the left earbud wont do anything. After searching online it seems to be a pretty common issue. It's a shame Bose can't do a better job with these earbuds, their solution is to offer a tiny discount to buy their newest earbuds....I'll pass

    These replaced a pair of Q3 comfort headphones that lasted well over 10 years. Very happy with the upgrade. Really like how Bose is able to add more features via software upgrade.

    This Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds are great for gaming, streaming, podcasting, and editing! Fair warning, not good for working out because of the noise cancellation picking up on metal clashing.

    I own the Bose QC 30 earphones. They are my favorite of all time as they fit in my ears without ear fatigue. Naturally, I wanted these for truly wireless. The sound quality is great as expected from Bose. However, no matter which size ear tip I use I cannot get these to stay in my ears. I have mixed and matched and nothing helps. I think they are just too heavy and unbalanced. I do really like the wireless charger though…

    Doesn't work sometimes and these should be kept deep into the ear, which causes pain after 10minutes.

    Bought them because my last pair of bose wireless ear buds were great so I'd figure these would last and because they are bose nothing could go wrong.... well I was wrong not as loud and they just stop working for me. I tried to unpair then pair them back to my phone but that wasn't the case, they just stopped working for me and will not pair with my device so I can say is im unhappy with these new earbuds!!! Have to take them back to best buy.

      Hello Victor, this is highly unusual and I am sure we can get this fixed for you. Have you tried resetting the headphones at all? A reset can reboot your product or it can clear all product settings and return your product to its original out-of-box state. The steps to do this can be found here https://bit.ly/2QieMX5.     My Least Favorite Bose Earbuds to Date

    I have two pairs of these earbuds, one i bought for myself and one i got for Christmas. These are my 4th and 5th earbuds from Bose and BY FAR my least favorite. 1. Every person I've talked to on the phone has complained about the amplified background noise. I can't talk on the phone when being in a higher class locker room, i can't put dishes away, I can't walk on squeaky, compacted snow, etc. Nothing louder than ordinary, general life sounds. 2. They took away all buttons. Ok i knew this before buying them. HOWEVER they make you choose between "back" and "next" options. You can choose one and have to pull your phone out for the other. If i wanted to pull my phone out, i would have bought corded earbuds? My other sets at least have a button so you can pause/skip/repeat. 3. I've put the smaller ear buds on these because i have smaller ears, no problem there, the small ones fit like a charm. If i'm not careful, they don't 'snap' into the charging case right, or they move around during transport, and i wake up in the morning with extra dead ear buds. This has happened repeatedly with both sets of ear buds. 4. The older set of Bose earbuds i own have the "Find My Buds" option which has saved my butt a few times. They got rid of that feature with these earbuds. Just sort of disappointing. Nothing I've said is a total deal breaker but these are less user friendly for a higher price tag which bothers me. The quirks continue to add up and chafe over time.

    love these earbuds. only problem is Bose hates pc. I have several Bose products including the over ear and this type and neither will play nice with pc.

    The sound cancelling is amazing but the sound quality is horrible and no matter what size of ear plugs I use it feels like they are going to fall out.

      Hi Daveed, I love that you are enjoying our world-class noise cancellation. I understand needing a great-fitting pair of headphones as to us it’s important to find the appropriate tip size for your ears. This is why you have the choice of three sizes of eartips that come with headphones. Make sure you download the Bose Music app and go through the eartip-sizing tutorial. You may have to experiment to determine which tip size is the best fit for each ear—and it’s not at all unusual to find you need a different size in each ear.

    Horrible after update phone calls you couldn't hear then and the couldn't hear you the update did it would lower volume and you couldn't raise it

    Ended up upgrading to the new model which is smaller and has a better mic. These are great for listening but not so much for calls

    These Bose went on sale about 3 weeks after I purchased them which would have saved me $100.00 so I’m not happy about that

    Boss was my first experience the sound is so good , but still it’s not comfortable for ears and also noise cancellation was not as I expected

    Bought these Feb 2021. They were going to be used only when traveling. I used them once to set them up and check sound quality. I own a bunch of headphones and earbuds and the by far the best sounding. However, a year later I pulled them out to travel and they would no longer connect to my phone. They flashed red and white even with the update and reset. Called customer service and went through all the troubleshooting steps but still nothing. I was advised that they was nothing they could do but sell me another pair since the warranty also a few days prior. So I’m stuck with brand new earbuds that does nothing but flash red and white. Guess I can used them as an ornament on the Christmas tree this year!

    Noise cancelation 10/10. Sound/bass 8.5/10. Fit/comfort 0/10. Earbud piece that actually goes into your ear is EXTREMELY too large, even with the smallest size. Wing part that ticks into the ear is also way to large even with the smallest size. Bose quiet comfort earbuds had so much potential but were such a let down due to the lack of comfort and fit. Returned them the same day they arrived.

    I returned them the same day that I bought them. The sound quality was good but when I used them while mountain biking I could here the wind. They were suppose to be noise cancelling. I have some cheaper jbl's that I could not hear the wind. For $300 I felt like the sound quality just wasn't there. The fit was great though.

    Sound is definitely Bose, BUT they don’t stay in the ear too securely. The semi-custom sizes and fit are extremely subpar for the price of these earbuds. I have to move my head like I have a neck injury to keep them from popping out. A more reliable fit would have definitely made these worth the money. I’m going to get some cheaper ones. At least, I will be able to hear something or not fear loosing such an expensive ear ornament.
