Loved them, everything about them but they're a little large. Even the case is big and bulky. I work construction and use ear buds regularly. These were just outside my comfort limit

Great for Peleton bike. Not sure how they would do for running and they are very bulky so would not use under ear covering headband in outside cold weather.

Sounds good until no equalizer- come on. Noise cancelling was good but I returned them because of missing features and lackluster app.

Great sound! Microphone works great. They fit well in the ears, but they are overall a little bigger than I would like. Otherwise, good earbuds.

These are much easier to setup and use than the Sony wf-1000xm4. Returned the Sony earbuds and replaced them with these Bose QuietComfort earbuds. Never did figure out how to get the Sony ones to work properly.

    Overpriced headphones

Overpriced headphones with limited fictionality. Biggest down side is that if you want to listen to one earpiece at a time it can only be done with the right side earpiece. It’s ridiculous that 250$ headphones can’t both work independently Although I’ll give them credit where credit is due, the noise canceling is much better than the other three headphones I tried.

      Hello,
Thanks for providing your feedback. At Bose we believe that better sound begins with better silence. That’s why we engineered QuietComfort Earbuds with the world’s most effective noise cancelling and high-fidelity audio.

As for singular headphone use, when you pair your QuietComfort Earbuds to your device, the Bluetooth connection occurs between the source device and the right earbud. The signal is then beamed over to the left earbud, making the right earbud the primary, because of this the right earbud is necessary in order to use the left.

Even the smallest earbud cushions are uncomfortable with extended wear. Maybe a size "0?" The sound is great, which is typical Bose quality!

These work great! However, I returned them for the smaller sized sport ear buds. The noise cancelling feature on these did not feel great while using them, but they were a nice set of ear buds, no question.

Hello, it's great to hear that these fit and sound great. These come with different-sized ear tips to get the best fit for comfort and sound.
The left bud connects to the right earbud to work together, to allow the buds to be wireless.

Pro: Sound quality is way better than the Samsung's buds. Noise canceling is excellent. I ride the train everyday and the noise is non existent. I am very happy with this purchase. Con: They stick out a bit far and the case is bulky.

As other Bose headphones, this earbuds sounds pretty good. The noise cancelling is awesome. On the down side, the case is kind of too thick. I prefer a bit larger but thinner case more.

The sound quality is great, but unfortunately I’m overall dissatisfied. The rubber part hurts my ear and when I’m in large crowds I’m completely unable to talk to the person because it picks up the background noise so the person is cutting out the whole time. I wish I would’ve returned those and got the Apple ones.

      Hey Carlos,

      Thanks for your feedback.

The QuietComfort Earbuds’ breakthrough innovations and exclusive acoustic architecture let you hear everything you love in high-fidelity audio — no matter how loud or soft you play it. And that’s no small thing. On most earbuds, bass disappears when you lower the volume, leaving your music sounding tinny and small. We solved this with our volume-optimized Active EQ. It boosts highs and lows for consistent balance no matter how loud or soft you listen.

Don’t lose your case or you’ll end up with two perfectly good earbuds that are no longer useable. That’s what happened to me. Lost case on last trip and now the earbuds are useless as the are electronically “coded” to the case the came with. The Bose name is NOT what it used to be 15-20years ago!
