    These don't come with 3 in-ear choices, so mine don't fit. I'm planning to return them. I hope Best Buy will still take them back.

    Isn't user-friendly. I have trouble keeping them in my ear, they keep falling out completely or are barely in my ear. They're not really comfortable.

    I’ve bought one for everyone in my family. I’ve tried everything from over the ear headsets and beats headphones, iPod air pro’s and they all don’t compare to how great these are.

    good but not enough Bluetooth connection is not stable and some times the noise canceling function doesn't work

    they are awesome when they work. having an issue with the right on not having sound. was able to get it back but now the right one is no longer working at all. I am currently on hold with customer service and they are going to replace them when they have them with new ones when they have them in stock. only giving them 3 stars for now. we will see how the new ones go.

    The Bose Quitecomfort earbuds are currently my favorite wireless earbuds! In the packaging you have the earbuds, sitting in their charging case, under this is some documentation and some replacement tips for adjusted fit. The case charges with the USB C cable or wireless charging, holding up to 12 hours of charge, earbuds hold up to 6 hours. Surprisingly for these not really being an in ear headphone, with the shape of the earbuds it forms a great seal to have some excellent noise cancelling. With the earbuds connected to but no music or anything playing you can hear someone although quite low. Once the music is on you can forget having a conversation, their mouth is moving but you aren't hearing anything. Surprisingly these this worked fairly well over the sound of a vacuum. There is a passive mode, but this is my experience with the noise cancelling enabled. The sound on these headphones is amazing also, you great some great bass with an overall clean sound to the music. These were made for iPhone but I have had no issues using these with my Android phone, I simply searched for a bluetooth device and connected. The earbuds have a bit that sits outside the ear and you may feel as if the will want to fall off going into it but, when you have the proper fitting tip for your ear everything fits quite snug. The only time I felt that they would have fell was when I did not put the the top little silicon "hook" in properly but once I adjusted that they were secure. I've only tested them on bike rides and when doing things around the house, so not sure how some other exercises may be (though they aren't marketed as a sport earbud, I figured to mention). Overall I am very happy with these Quietcomfort Earbuds! I love the noise cancelling for when I am listening to some music and trying to focus and get something done. Most of all I am happy with the design as the typicaly design of in ear noise cancelling earbuds tend to irritate me and being to wear these for a couple hours without irritation is wonnderful! I would definitely recommend these earbuds!

    Simple put, you have to alwaya use the right ear bud everytime you want to use them. There are times I need to use my ear, and like to listen to music in my left. I paid all this money and now I can’t use tgem as often as I want to. Beat by dre and Jabra let uou do that, but I have always been a bose girl by heart.

      Hello, If you are looking for individual ear bud use, you can find that feature with the newer Quiet Comfort earbuds II, you can use either the left or right earbud for Independent Single-Bud use. This feature also lets you seamlessly switch between your earbuds, and if one earbud runs out of battery life or disconnects from Bluetooth, the other will automatically take over.     No skip back (replay) feature!

    It sounds great and works well! My only issue is I am tired of picking up my phone to go back and replay a song. Very annoying and inconvenient! My previous bose Soundsport had that feature of skipping back and replaying songs from the earbuds. Bose messed up on this higher end earbuds. Thinking of returning them and going back to my previous ones. Unless they add the feature.

    I was very disappointed with this purchase. It's not the normal quality that I've become a custom to when making a Bose purchase. I did return these earbuds. I certainly don't think they are worth $279. I previously owned the Bose sport and it was a much better product. I had them for 2 years and they just wore out I used them constantly. I would certainly purchase this item again

    I was expecting amazing sound out of these as you should expect out of a Bose product, i was wrong! I currently own a pair of Airpods Pro and i was thinking of replacing them with these but after comparing the 2 and using them the only advantage Bose has is the sound out of them is more balanced and flat . Carrying case is fairly bulky and use of app constantly crashes.

    I really really wanted to love these, but ultimately, I will be returning them tomorrow. The audio sound is amazing. Much better than my Air Pod Pro’s. Unfortunately, that is the only positive thing I can say about them. The fit is terrible. They continually fall out of my ears even after testing the different tips. I found the smallest ones fit the best, but in order to keep them in, I have to cram them in my ears, so they are very uncomfortable after 5 minutes. Only the right earbud can be used when taking calls, so if you’re listening to music all day then have to take a call, you better hope it’s not a long call or you will have to remove the earbuds. The other issue I have with them is the way they are tethered to each other. The right earbud is “primary”, so you can listen to it all day by itself. The problem comes in when the right ones battery dies and you have to switch to the left one. The second you put the right in in the case and close it, you lose connection all together. Now I’m not sure how most people listen to music, but fit me, I mainly listen when I’m at work. I listen to one while the other is charging and frequently walk away from my current Air Pod Pros charging in the case. Can’t do that with these. Like I said, I really wanted to love them. I’m a huge fan of Bose, but I need function over fidelity.

      As for your concerns with telephone calls, you're correct in observing these use a primary and secondary connection but both earbuds are available for telephone calls. You will hear audio via both earbuds.

    The sound quality is excellent, but the pair failed after 1 month, it would no longer charge / light up, no sound from either ear bud. Bose customer service is very helpful and will be sending out a replacement pair, but perhaps there is a design flaw? Our previous pair lasted 4 years, so disappointed in the workmanship quality so far.
