    I’ve owned several Bose Products over the years. I am more and more impressed by the technology and quality that goes into each and every new product they release!

    Overall the audio quality is great (noise cancellation is spot on). However, when using it to talk on the phone, its very glitchy and during workouts, the earbuds get very loose despite using the eat fit that matches my ears. I've had better comfort with my airpods. Stick to Bose Over-Ear units

    Very very disappointing from bose. I have owned bose for several years and own several of their products. I'll cut to the chase. The first issue I had was fitting. It took me a few days but got them to stay in but would feel like they were going to fall especially while running. Another issue was this static noise that I would hear from the left one. I tried customer support and they weren't any help. It would come and go and I did my research. I turned off the noise cancelation etc and nothing. Hard reset, etc. Sound was awesome. But not functional with those issues. You would expect more for that price. Switched to Samsung ear Buds pro.

    I love them only thing i dont like is there is a master headphone so you can only use the master one by itself

    I bought a pair of Bose for myself and after my husband tried them he kept borrowing them, so I bought him a pair. Of course they had to be a different color but he loves them.

    Alot missing at 280$ big case with a small battery? But comfortable with the best noise canceling. It's really a mixed bag.

    Happy overall, battery run time could be better. I've found you have to keep the case plugged in otherwise they go dead.

    These are not as high quality as I expected from Bose the sound is sub par and you can only use both at the same time which is inconvenient because I like to use one at a time when I am working so I can still hear my surroundings but when you close the charging case it will disconnected this is why I returned them and got air pods pro

    Great quality earbuds I would definitely recommend and buy again but only thing is I wish the battery lasted longer.

    I love my new earbuds and because I own Bose products, this is a must have especially with the different sizes ese pieces. I have one ear whole larger than the other.

    Failed me not once but twice

    Bought 1 on sale and it was defective from the start. The right earbud would not charge and could not power on to connect. Exchanged it for another pair and it was initially top quality. However, after 2 weeks the left earbud stopped charging altogether. While the right one was still functional, the left one practically never left the case and still failed. Tried to get an exchange for a 3rd time, but the clerk messed up the exchange and said I would have to pay $280 as opposed to the $200 I bought it at while it was on sale. Do not recommend for the $280 price tag. Might consider it for half that price since when it works thhe noise canceling factor is impressive.
