They are nice and Bose quality. I have found that they hurt my ears, not volume just the fit.

This was a Christmas gift and I exchanged them for the Air Pod Pro since I use Apple products. The Bose does have a good product though, although I didn’t use them.

Great product - although there are sometimes conflicts with iPhone (like random increases in ringer volume).

Did not use very often. Then when I got them out they were blinking fast red and white. Which means call support. They said nothing they could do but new ones. Dry disappointed for the amount of mo ey I spent on them.

First off, I will say that these Bose Ear Buds sound great. The noise isolation and cancellation are very good, and the sound is deep and rich across the entire spectrum. I own Apple AirPoss Pros, so much of my review will be a comparison of the Bose to the AirPods. For sound, the Bose ear buds, in my opinion, sound deeper and richer with better noise cancellation. But the AirPod Pros are no slouch. Of course, they sound great too, but tend to require re-seating in my ear to maintain that sound, while the Bose EarBuds tend to stay in place better. But that really is where the Bose advantages end. Here are other observations: - The Bose EarBud case is large and not comfortable in the pocket. That means that I’m going to pick up the AirPods when I’m on the go. - Switching between devices is not as seamless with the Bose. It’s a manual process using the Bose Music app, requiring a couple of taps once you’re in the app. - My Bose Quiet Comfort over-the-ear headphones will connect with two devices at a time. These Earbuds will only connect with one at a time. - The AirPod Pro has recently been updated with a spatial sound feature which simulates surround sound. An awesome feature that the Bose does not yet have. - The Bose case seems to be a little awkward to open. It has a latch that can be stubborn, so I often spend a few seconds fiddling with it when trying to get to the buds. So, the Bose QC Earbuds offer amazing sound and comfort and I especially like them for listening to music and other immersive content when I’m at home. However, for me, the AirPod Pros are still my go-to for pairing and use with my Apple devices. The AirPods are the ones I carry with me on the go for calls, music, and podcasts. They are also the ones I use when watching videos on my iPad, thanks to the new surround sound feature on the AirPod Pro. I also have Samsung and Amazon buds, but the Bose definitely wins against those two for sound and overall comfort in the ear.

Bought these because Bose Sport earbuds would not hold a charge. Noise canceling is definitely worth the increase in price.

I love my Bose Quiet Comfort 20 wired noise-cancelling earbuds; they do a fantastic job and were worth every penny. So, I bought these earbuds for my husband but immediately returned them as soon as I opened the box. The wireless technology is completely incompatible with airplane travel; drop an earbud while you are removing it from your ear, and there goes your $200, lost somewhere behind somebody's seat. Also, my husband has a flip phone and does not use Bluetooth, making the Bluetooth connection feature of no value at all--just an annoyance. Best Buy did make it right and I got 100% of my money back, but I wish Bose would bring back wired headphones with active noise cancellation.
