Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these 15 days ago (the window for return/exchanges of course) and the left earbud just won't light up after holding the bluetooth button which means the right ear bud won't connect. I have a protection plan and scheduled a geek squad appointment but it just sucks that these are so finicky when it comes to easily connecting to devices. Even before this instance the earphones weren't as easy to connect between devices. Sony and JBL are definitely better.

Trouble out of the box

The bass amps high then goes low at random idk if i can give them anymore chances, the ear design hurts afterwhile

Too big for my ears

The smallest sized earbuds were still too big. I have other Bose headphones that are so comfortable. Unfortunately, these wireless buds were made differently and just don’t fit without hurting within the first five minutes of use. I must return and find something else.

People said I sounded worse on buds and best using the phone to talking. I will say they are very comparable to the 700 noise cancelling headphones in terms of sound and same about of noise cancelling.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bose you FAILED me. i thought out of so many 5 star reviews these would be amazing. well either i got a bad set or bose needs to address this.alright where my audio guys at got pair bose quiet comfort earbuds. an been having a problem since I just got em tonight. on the left earbud I've dropped lowering the volume n raising it also trying a diffrent music app no change also tried diffrent phones even my laptop no change at all. in the left ear at certain frequencies you will here a crackling & popping static sound? not what I'd expect out of BOSE at all. at first I thought it was because the vol was up to high does it at at low volumes as well. now when it plays lower frequency such as a lower guitar rhythm or drumming on the background it's okay i also tried turning noise canceling down and all the way no change. could it be possible I just got a bad set???? anyone ever had this issue??

They stay in your ear! Cons; They sound like $20 dollar earphones. Noting special really dissatisfied with Bose.
