    The sound quality from these is insane BUT they don’t play well with the iPhone when compared to the airpods. Voice calls are choppy and inconsistent. If you’re focused primarily on sound quality from music these are great. For more mixed use, the apple airpods are a better option.

    They don't seat well in the ear, and I have complaints of tinny sounds when I make calls. The storage case is considerably larger than the previous version, the volume control could be better. Connectivity to my phone is a multi-step, awkward process when someone calls me.

    I have been an avid Bose Earbud user for over 10 years. The fit and quality has been unmatched. Up to now... No matter what I tried I could not get these to stop falling out of my ears. On top of that, they aren't comfortable to wear for hours like my Bose Soundsport Free were. I was so excited about these I preordered them for my wife and I but we both ended up exchanging them for AirPods Pro, which are cheaper, much lighter, have all of the same features, and most importantly stay in my ears. Don't get me wrong, the sound quality and noise canceling are excellent, but if they won't stay in your ears and are uncomfortable, what's the point.

    Battery life is disappointing. Doesn’t go the whole day whether on or standing by. Sound is great. Noise block is great. It doesn’t stay in the ear. When it falls out and it does it hits the floor like a heavy rock. Never know if it’s dead or not. I wish it had a rescue cord.

    I paid $300 for these and used them very little. I opened them yesterday only to find them flashing red. I purchased them a little over a year ago so they are out of warranty. Bose is "offering" me a new pair for $200. Ridiculous rip off and junk product.

    This product is good if you want to hear music, sound is excellent, the problem is when you want to make calls, microphone is bad so you have to disconnect your quiet comfort earbuds to take calls.

    The only thing I don't like about them is you can't adjust the volume or skip the next song without complicated thing you have to do overall I like them

    Nice sound the only problem is that don't stay in your war. I like that when it comes out of your war everything stops until its back in your wars

    I purchased these as a gift so my husband could hear the TV better. I paired them to the TV but was never able to get them to pick up the sound. The music on the phone was good, but they did not meet my needs for the TV. I took two trips to the store to troubleshoot but finally decided to return them.

    I purchased these over a year ago. While waiting for them to arrive my son purchased me a set of air pods. Until recently they sat unopened in the box in the closet. Today one of my air pods decided to stop working so I grabbed these from my closet. Even after downloading the app I cannot get them to par with my phone (I phone 13 pro). I wish I would have returned them when they arrived or at least not opened the box today so I could have at least attempted to return them.

      I'm sorry to hear you had issues with your QC Earbuds. You mentioned that you had issues getting them to pair with your phone and had downloaded the app. Was that the Bose Music app? We have another app called Bose Connect which is not compatible with this product so if you've downloaded that, try Bose Music instead.
