Took forever to sync to my phone. You have to install the Bose Music App, which for some reason cant find my earbuds and when i do a manual search, it fails. I tried some troubleshooting through the Bose website to no avail. I fogured, maybe it was a softwar issue. So i went back and purchased a 2nd pair and have the exact same issues. Im going to fully charge this 2nd pair to see if that was a necessary step however. If not, im returning both pairs and never purchasing Bose again. For right now this is a 1 star rating unless it fixes itself

I have tried making it work again but no luck. This sucks saying they are only 6 months old.

Not Ideal for Iphone - My Opinion.

Most likely Apple's doing. The call quality and using Siri does not work well with the Mic. Sound quality is much better with the Air Pod Pros.
