    After just over 2 months of consistent use these buds are rendered useless. The microphone has stopped working almost all together and getting them to pair with anything is a lost cause. Even when they worked properly pairing to more than one device was a major issue. I purchased these for my wife along with a new phone and smart watch for Valentine's day. Got them setup and paired to her phone easily and with no problems. The Bose app worked well and allowed her to program whatever touch functionality she wanted. However, pairing them to her laptop proved to be a slight challenge as the phone needed to be manually disconnected first. Then, unlike my wireless buds from a different company, they would not automatically switch or maintain connection between the two devices. If she wanted to pair them to her computer she would have to open the app on the phone to disconnect them from the phone and then open the settings on her computer to reconnect them the the computer. Having used them for many Zoom meetings, initially the microphone was great. Blocked out background noise very well and picked up her voice perfectly. By mid April the microphone has pretty much completely stopped working on the rare occasion that they will actually pair with either of the devices. They won't even enter pairing mode to try and pair them to anything else. Unfortunately, they are now just barely outside the return window rendering them an expensive mistake. I will probably end up buying the same pair I have as a replacement for her.

      Hey there, sorry to hear that your wife wasn't satisfied with her gift due to a microphone and connection issue she is having.

      To confirm these earbuds don't feature multipoint, meaning that you won't be able to connect to a PC/Mobile at the same time. Instead of opening the Bose Music app, she can simply turn off Bluetooth on the previous device.

    Amazing experience, when listening to music. However, I had to return it because it has a poor noise cancellation when taking calls!

    Great highs and awesome lows!!! Coming from Jabras 75t to never return these are what true wireless earbuds should sound like.

    DO NOT BUY! The programing on these earbuds is terrible!! If you close the lid the music shuts off! It disconnects the ear buds, how am I supposed to use them while keeping the case open nearby??? Use them while exercising, no. Walking around, no. Also, there is a voice assist option that you are unable to turn off, so you are unable to turn the volume up or down without accidentally turning this on which interrupts your music. Good sound quality, very comparable to apple airpod pros. So not as unique as Bose products normally are.

      Hey, it's great that you've been enjoying the sound quality.

      If you have both earbuds outside of the case, you can certainly shut the lid of the case without interrupting the playback. The only case scenario where this would happen would be if you have the right earbud in the case and only using the left. The right earbud passes on the signal to the left, so this would always need to be active.

    Very bad products. Never going to buy Bose again. stopped working after 1.5 year, because of faulty base. Go to get someone else. Bose is now pushing me to purchasing new buds for 189$. DON NOT BUY IN ANY CASES
