Right stopped working after a few months

I have tried every troubleshooting option. Not worth $300. The right one is the most important to use for phone calls so I cannot use them anymore. No one has ever touched them or used them but me and I don’t even use them daily and it stopped. The light still works on it but no sound. This was my first purchase for Bose products and is day it is not worth the money or time. They were the perfect headphones I’d ever used for the first few months.

I tend to love Bose products and I was hoping the sound quality and the noise cancellation on these would be far superior to Apple. I saw no improvement whatsoever in sound or noise cancellation. In fact, in some environments, Bose was much worse than Apple. I’m a pilot and find EarPod Pros do an excellent job filtering out jet noise on very noisy ramps. The Bose reacted super strange to those loud noises, actually creating more noise in my ears. they are also much larger and more bulky to carry. I highly recommend EarPod Pros instead

The battery life is not long.and i dont like the tap button on navigating the Bluetooth. I was forced to purchase these due to SoundSports being discontinued. I wish they would bring them back.
