All the other earbuds you can talk in either one. My other bose ear bud just stays in chargeing case. Cant use it to talk just listen.

I see that some people from Bose have responded to the reviews with this page, but the information on it is useless. I have a great phone connection and it works fine with the phone, but the minute I use the earbuds, people cannot hear me at all. Literally, this is unusable for phone calls or video conferencing. If you read more of the reviews, the only people who like it are the people who are only using it to listen to music. Bose - Please don't advertise this product as having a microphone if the quality is so poor. Your trouble shooting tips are worthless and don't work.

Touch mechanism is too sensitive and/or inaccurate. Whenever I want to increase the volume, the buds hang up my call instead. Not worth the price, even on sale.
