When I received the first pair they would not charge. I took them back and got another pair and had the exact same issue after having them for a week. I called Bose support but that was useless. The sound quality was good and noise cancelling was good. Returned product again and got refund. I give up. I can’t believe I got two defective products.

Ok noise cancellation but awful fit

I felt the noise cancelling wasn't as good and I couldn't for the life of me get then to fit properly in my ears. I ended up with the airpod pros

Unfortunately the earbuds kept falling out my ear after having it in for only 10 minutes. I tried using all the different inserts but to no avail. Also, when I’m on the phone, users on the other end could hear a lot of the traffic and the smallest bit of background noise. I tried changing the settings, but that didn’t work. As a result of the issues I’ve experienced, I don’t use it.
