    Left earbud got coneccted initially and stop working the next day. I have tried everything the Bose app and website say and no connection

    Sounds amazing! A step up from the previous models. My only gripe is you can't replay a song by skipping back from the headset! Deal breaker for me! And many others from what I read. They recently added volume control after tons of complaints. You can skip forward but not back so it gets annoying when I'm at the gym ⛹️ and have to pick up my phone to repeat a good tune. After years of bose getting us use to being able to do it from the older headsets. Deal breaker!

    They had great sound for a bit. Then the sound started to go off and sound like a microphone when it has reverb in the right earbud. No sound setting would fix it.

      I'm sorry to hear you've had issues with the sound quality of your QC Earbuds. Have you tried checking the audio from other apps on your media device? If the problem continues, try unpairing and establish a new connection. In addition, updating the firmware via the Bose music app will help ensure the product is running to it's best ability.
