    Not so good, keeps getting scratches in r ear peice, sound is not as good as Sony.

    In a couple earbud rankings I looked at, these got a lot of praise, but I have no idea what those reviewers were thinking. These earbuds are garbage. The Bose Music app—required if you want to customize settings like noise cancellation levels, etc.—is garbage. On my Android phone it simply never was able to find or connect to the earbuds. I was able to pair with the earbuds the standard way, but without the app you can't do any customization. The iOS version of the app was able to find the earbuds, but that hardly even matters because... on the second day of having the buds and going through multiple factory resets in the hopes of getting it recognized by the Android Bose app... they stopped receiving audio ALTOGETHER, on both my iPhone and Android. Nothing. No more audio. Maybe ANOTHER factory reset would fix things... but why even bother? I'm just going to return them.

    Not worth the money

    They were just ok, not worth the price. Retuned after a week of use. Very uncomfortable to wear, hurt my ears.

    These headphones are awful. They sound alright, but they will not stay in my ears at all. Even sitting on an airplane or at my desk with no movement they fall out. Maybe they’ll fit your ears amazing, but I wish I could return mine.

    The right earbud does not work as designed. With a swipe the volume should change and instead it opens Siri

In order to use the volume touch control feature, you need to enable this in the Bose Music app. Connect your headphones and visit your product settings in the Bose Music app, scroll down to CONTROL and click the Volume button to engage the touch control volume feature.

      You'll want to make sure you have the correct eartips for the size and shape of your ears. If the earbuds do not fit properly or the orientation is incorrect it can lead to poor audio or mic performance.     Good anc but its already crackelimg

    I got it in the mail today and after an hour i started hearing a crackeling noise on the right earbud. The same sound i got o on the airpod pro. Onbthe airpod pro you can turn off anc and the crackiling sound stops but i cant figure out how to make it stop on these. If it wasnt for that id give them a 5 star. Maybe i just got unlucky with thise

    In order to access all features Bose is requiring you to agree to data collection and sign in to use the Bose Music App. While you can pair the device without this, you loose multiple features. This is another invasion of privacy and makes the product not worth it. There are excellent competitors without this issue. If you value your privacy, avoid. I will be returning these

    I was hoping to replace my headphones with noise cancelling buds. These do NOT stay in the ear well at all if you are moving around at the gym. When I returned them and started to look at what else was available the salesman told me he's heard the same thing from others users. He said the Apple I pods seem to stay better. I'll try them.

      The earbuds do come with additional sized ear tips so that if the standard ear tips on the earbuds do not feel comfortable or hold the earbuds in place, you can change them to a larger or smaller sized ear tip.
