    Sound was not as good as sport series phones. Had trouble keeping these in my ears.

    The sound is great. The problem is I can’t get them in my ear. I have followed the diagram I have read the instructions and I’ve tried the other sizes and needless to say none of them work in my ear. Because I can’t even use them I can only give them one star.

    I hate to say it, but I am very disappointed in these earbuds. I had a set of the first generation ones and they were great right up until I lost them. I replaced them with first gen Galaxy Buds, which were comparable. I then got a set of Galaxy Bud Pros and liked them, but had a horrible time getting them to stay in my ear, so I thought I would go back to these to see if they stayed in my ear better. They do stay in the ear better than the Galaxy Buds, but the case has grown exponentially in size from the first gen and takes up a lot of real estate in your pocket. Additionally, I have had them 12 days and the left ear bud has stopped responding. I've tried several different things, but it appears that it is simply defective. For such a premium price, I'm disappointed that Bose didn't provide some better quality.

    Noise Canceling Bose Earbuds - Defective/BestBuy

    Bought these Bose Noise Canceling Earbuds on March 17, 2022. I have used these maybe 3 times and can not hear the music very well on the right bud. It has a little static and does not sound good or loud or clear at all. Best Buy will not replace, very disappointed, will not shop there again

    Left earbud does not work, brand new

    I just purchased these earbuds today and the left earbud doesn’t work. I’ve gone through the manual, google search, YouTube, upgraded the firmware, reset the case with the earbuds in it, reset the case with the earbuds out of it, put one earbud in at a time from right to left and left to right, there is no solution I haven’t tried. I’ve literally been researching this for 12+ hours and there is no change. I even went on Reddit and Bose community support to find that many, and I mean many, people have been experiencing this problem since October and there has been no recall? Wow. This is the second set of earbuds (the first being the Sport wireless) I’ve purchased from Bose that does not work at advertised. I’m very disappointed because now I have to drive back to the store to return them. Ridiculous. If you want a decent pair of earbuds that work and will continue to work, don’t buy these. I wish I could give it no stars honestly

    Static on left ear is a kill-joy

    There’s a prominent static sound on the left ear that I can’t get rid of. After resetting the buds, removing, putting them back on my Bluetooth, and turning off and on my cellphone, I haven’t been able to fix the problem. The Bose support site doesn’t have any useful solutions. Other than that, everything else works great.

    I have this for a while. But I don’t use it that much. This is supposed to be my replacement for the Apple EarPods 2. Add to using that one and change this one I feel really disappointed. It keeps falling off my ear it doesn’t fit it’s too big

      Hello,
      When you pair your QuietComfort Earbuds to your phone, tablet, or laptop, the Bluetooth connection occurs between the source device and the right earbud. The signal is then beamed over to the left earbud. So, if you were to take out the right earbud and place it on a table, that earbud would go to sleep in about 20 minutes and, when that happens, the left earbud would lose its Bluetooth connection. Similarly, if you were to place the right earbud in the charging case and close the lid, the left earbud would lose its connection immediately.

    If you have a moderate to severe hearing impairment this product probably will not work for you very well. Not a good enough seal in ear canal therefore limited sound pressure is available. Sadly I could not use and had to return same day. Not knocking Bose, they are the best...just not for my condition.
