    They Suck.. I had bought this thinking since they are Bose, they had to be great.. what crap.. I returned these Bose to Best But For the Apple air pods.. now the Apple ones are off the hook.. if Youre looking for comfortable earbuds with great sound,, skip these Bose craps and go for the apple pods

    Got them to wear on the plane, but had to keep taking them out because they hurt my ears to much, It was very painful. I was using the smallest size that they came with, but not sure what I am going to do since I already wore them and cant return.

    Had very high hopes for these. Unfortunately had to return the same day as none of the earbud tips that came with allowed the buds to stay in my ears. Noticed Bose’s app didn’t let you change settings as much as my Sony earbuds I had previous to these as well.

    The sound quality was good but they do not stay put in your ears. I couldn't imagine spending this amount of money and having the product not feel secure. They are extremely bulky. I would not purchase under any circumstances.

    Will Not Stay In Ears

    I've been using Bose products for the past decade and their amazing ear tips from previous models is what kept me coming back. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the QC Earbuds. They sound decent but that doesn't matter when they fall out of your ear every 5 steps. I followed the directions on the app and even tried the different ear tips but these are nothing like the old ear tips Bose used. Those were the main reason I stayed with Bose as they were the only thing that would stay in my ear. A quick google search revealed there is a whole thread dedicated to how bad these new ear tips are. I hope Bose makes a change to the older tips because as much as I want to keep them, the anxiety of losing these go through the roof when wearing them. At north of $300 I would expect them to stay in my ears.

    DO NOT BUY THESE HEADPHONES!

    I wish that I could return these headphones, but I did not realize the defects until the two weeks had passed. Left ear bud does not work most of the time. I have done all of the troubleshooting, and it still does not work. It works sporadically. The voice activation is maddening. If I make any sound or say a word these earbuds cause my phone to auto dial or FaceTime random contacts. I have researched this and this cannot be turned. off. Two weeks was not enough time for me to realize the problems I would have with these headphones. Hugely disappointed and frustrated.

    These earbuds are hideous. I can’t believe for how expensive they are you can’t skip back to the previous track. I returned them and got the Galaxy Buds Live.

    These Bose speakers kept shorting out and the speaker will blow I bought a set return them fir a second set and it did the exact same thing I would definitely not recommend these it will be a waste of money and time

    I purchased these after one of my Samsung ear buds fell out. I was originally excited because I have always love Bose headphones/ear buds. One of my main uses is for when I am riding my bike or walking. The wind noise is excessive to the point of being annoying and the only way to minimize it is to turn up the noise cancelling which is dangerous. Trying t talk to someone on the phone is next to impossible. I also had a problem getting them to fit in my ear and not fall out which is a problem at $269/pair. Outside of this, they work remarkably well but if you are going to use them this way, beward, they may not work well. I'm now probably going to have to buy something else because I have waited too long.

    The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are the best Bose product I have owned yet. I will preface that by saying that I am not normally a big fan of earbuds; I am more of a headphones guy. But these earbuds by Bose have changed my mind. The sound quality is really quite unbelievable for such small devices. I listened to music via both my phone and my computer, and it sounds just as good if not better than my quite expensive headset. Everything is controlled either via a touch interface or via the Bose Music app. I appreciated that when I took them out in the middle of a song that that automatically stopped playing the music so that I didn't have to spend any time shutting it down before having an in-person conversation. Also, I can verify that phone calls not only sound good, but the quality of my voice even in loud conditions is crystal clear to people on the other end of the call. It also worked on Skype calls with my job, and with my Android assistant on my phone. I kept the earbuds in during a couple workouts and they felt fine. They aren't as small as earbuds that you might be used to that are geared for workouts, and you will notice they are in, but I didn't find it to be a big deal. Their quality is simply too nice. The earbuds and the case are sweat-resistant and have gone through IPX4 testing, but they aren't waterproof. They are not waterproofAfter a full charge, the earbuds lasted about six hours. There are multiple options for charging, with either a quick charge for about 2 hours of playtime or a longer charge in the charging case. They also charge with a Qi charging pad, if you happen to have one already. You will want to download the Bose Music App for either Apple or Android because that is the way that you can personalize your listening options and control the noise cancelling feature. They feel sturdy and I expect that they will last quite a while for me, along with the charging case. Overall, the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are a great package for home or work, music or calls, and I would recommend them highly for anybody thinking about getting earbuds that belong in a class of their own.

    Had for 2 months used only a hand full of times and now both ear buds are flashing white and red and nothing seems to fix it. Big waste of money.

    Bose really changed everything for sport ear bud with negative qualities, i use my ear bid every day field 100 - 150 calls, this ear bud has let me down and will be changing to different brand, the new price on these are insane for what they are

    The buds are good in music and calls. Downfall can only talk on right bud. Both buds are active at the same time even if it is not in your air. So they both are using power all the time. Battery level is okay.

      Glad you're enjoying your QuietComfort Earbuds. When you pair your Earbuds to your device, the Bluetooth connection occurs between the source and the right earbud. The signal is then beamed over to the left earbud.

      As for calls, you are correct you will hear the call audio through both earbuds, however it’s worth noting that the microphone system that picks up your voice is located in the right earbud, therefore this is required for calls.

    Sound is good. However these are horribly uncomfortable. My ears hurt after wearing them more than a few minutes. They need to include different sizes for the latex part of the earpiece. These are a waste of $200
