    They are crap - stopped working with a fatal error and can no longer connect - no returnable stopped working after about 3 weeks - 2nd pair to do this

    Would not stay in my ears. I tried all the different earpieces none would stay in my ears. I called Bose and they were going to send me extra small pair of ear pieces. I am not small man. Bose needs to have a product that will fit an average person right out of the box. I returned them and bought a pair of Apple Air Pod Pro’s which have been impressive and most importantly have never fallen out of my ears

    Like any Bose product, these ear buds are an amazing technological achievement! Bose definitely leads the pack in noise cancellation technology, and their new ear buds don’t disappoint. The same noise cancellation you can expect from their flagship headphones is now available in this super compact package. On top of that, you get outstanding as always, Bose’s standard of amazing sound quality. This shines through not only when you’re jamming out to music, but also in call quality. Microphone and sound quality are both top notch, and you’ll be blown away when you try these out for the first time. Opening the package, you’re greeted with a decently sized case housing the ear buds. It’s not quite as compact as competitors, but the extra battery capacity, protection, and wireless charging capability is welcomed. It has a reassuring latch and the ear buds magnetically pull into place in a very satisfying manner. The ear buds can feel slightly bulky, but the only worry I had was them falling out, but I couldn’t make that happen. After putting the right size ear bud on (it comes with 3 different sizes), the ear buds fit perfectly and hold on for dear life no matter the activity you’re doing. One of the nicest features is the automatic “transparent” mode when you remove one of the ear buds. Without them automatically changing, taking one of the ear buds out makes you feel like your other ear is plugged. Automatically going into transparent mode alleviated this condition. They really thought the design of these through! The only two minor caveats I found related to controls. There is no on-device way to adjust volume level (but no different from other competitor’s offerings) and the touch controls for pausing/playing music can be a little over sensitive. I accidentally trigged the touch controls several times as my arm brushed the ear bud. Overall, if you’re looking for top quality, noise cancelling ear buds, you won’t be disappointed in your choice!

    Sound quality is good but one of the ear bud stopped working after 4 months of use, Bose is one of my fav and didn’t expect this.

    They cancelled noise properly and were great headphones. However, they came with multiple issues regarding bluetooth conectivity to certain devices and they finally stopped charging within seven months of buying them.

    Hate that you can’t use independently. I can use the right alone, but not the left. When out of my ear, but not in the case, they stay on and drain battery. I returned them in less than a week. They also stick out too much and slip out.

    I bought as a birthday present the quietcomfort earbuds from bestbuy last week when my gf opened her gift there was only one bud in the case. Who can i talk to abt this to get this fixed?

    I was very impressed with the Bose-QC ear buds. That is until I used them while cycling. The noise cancelling aspect could not eliminate the wind noise enough to hear the music.

    The right earbud continued to exhibit a malfunction to a point that I contacted the manufacturer and returned the earbuds under warranty. A replacement set is being issued by the manufacturer.

    Do not purchase these! I am not sure what is going on with Bose these days but, the quality of their products has gone down drastically! In the last 4 years, none of the Bose products I’ve purchased are functional and that includes these. Highly disappointed because I know that they can do better. I purchased a pair Power Beats Pro a year or so before these and they are still working flawlessly. I’m going to try to contact Bose to see if I can possibly get them repaired, but we’ll see.

    The left earbud doesn’t charge. Sent back, then the second pair did the same thing. Save yourself the headache and buy another brand. I gave a 2 Star because one of the 2 actually worked.

    Garbage product don’t buy Phone will randomly connect while both buds are charging inside a closed case. Also in order for the left bud to work, u have to either leave the case open or also wear the right one, which to me does NOT MEAN TRU WIRELESS. But whatever. I was hoping it would be better then apples AirPods Pro but definitely unfortunately Are not.

      I'm sorry to hear that your buds seem to be connecting whilst the case is closed, this certainly shouldn't be happening.
      I would recommend that you make sure the earbuds are connecting to the pins correctly and that the case is free of debris. This would be preventing a contact with the earbuds and causing them to connect to your phone.

    Sounded great just wouldn’t stay in right ear regardless of size. Thought of gluing it in but not a good idea. Return to store. This is Bose weakness the ear bud design. I really wanted to keep them too.

    Noise cancellation is very good, But very poor design on the headphones one side was one size the other was a different size and they keep falling off so easily

    They sound great but don’t stay in my ear. That wing piece just gets in the way and pushes the ear bud back out. I’ve tried all the tips and they just wont stay. Thats $300 that can’t be enjoyed.

    Very disappointed in the product. Going to get a refund through my Amex for them. They only stay in the ear ok. Constantly having to re-fit them while in use. perhaps the most annoying part of them is they don't charge much of the time and they connect to my phone when they are not in my ears and even when they are in the case, but are slow to connect or connect at all sometimes when I put the in my ears. I expect a lot more from BOSE!

    I brought item but complete garbage...they supposed to have been sound proof with clear sound...yet static, literally static from it...i went to return it n i was given over $200 on a gift card after purchasing a different set of buds and was told i took too long to bring them back... Not to mention, u have to hit or give it a hard tap while in ear to answer n hang up the phone smfh Only used once, maybe twice before it started putting out static...definitely would not recommend...no stars for quality, value, or ease to use!!!
