    I like these earbuds, but it is simply unacceptable when a product doesn’t work days after the warranty expires, and the best Bose can do is offer me a discount on a new pair where the price has already been reduced to $200, because they have a new model coming out. I paid nearly $300 for something that I only got to use for a year and a few days. Right ear bud now has permanent hissing and popping, noise reduction doesn’t work.

    So they were fantastic? Until they just stopped working. Haven’t had them 3 months, got them for my husband for Fathers Day. I’ll update this once we have taken them in.

    Unfortunately, the left ear bud would not charge. So now we have to return the product the day after Christmas. Very unexpected & disappointed from Bose.

    No find my earbuds feature destroyed my Bose exper

    The earbuds were working perfectly fine until I somehow lost the right earbud which the earbuds won't work without. So now I have a left earbud that I can't do anything with. I bought the insurance which doesn't cover the lost earbud. I downloaded the Bose app and there support for every other type of Bluetooth headset but what I purchased (Bose Quiet Comfort). So there's no way to locate the missing earbud like a chirp or beep feature. All this within two weeks of purchasing them. $279 plus tax down the drain.

    Ear buds were not comfortable for long use. May be fine for others with different ear shapes. I have yet to find a comfortable ear bud from any manufacturer.

    This was my second pair of these earbuds, I returned the first because after only 2 or 3 charges, they stopped charging. I exchanged them for this pair which stopped charging after only one charge. That time I accepted a Best Buy refund so that I could shop for a different brand. And, yes, I tried all the recommended troubleshooting. The product earned one star. Best Buy staff and customer service rates 5 stars!

    Wish I could write zero start. I bought mine on May 8th 2021. On June 21st they are completely not working. For about two weeks I have been having connection issues with my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Also I have been having issues with the charging. The case won’t charge the headphones at all. And the left one even when charged stop connecting over a week ago and wouldn’t work.

    So far, I'm quite impressed with these Bose earbuds. I bought these because I'm curious to compare them with my Apple AirPods Pros. The Apple AirPods are very good but they are not that comfortable after wearing them on a long trip and they come loose in my ear often so I'm afraid of losing them. They were on sale so I thought I'd give them a try. I'm also a huge fan of Bose products. So far, I'm quite impressed. They definitely feel more comfortable than the AirPods and they stay in my ear better, though they feel slightly heavier. Sound quality and noise cancellation is excellent. Maybe better than Apples. I like them!

    Ive tried a LOT of different ear buds over the years. Either i couldn't get them to fit right or they didn't have enough volume or bass for my taste. I decided to try these. All I can say is, i have never been happier in my life! Straight out of the box they fit my ears perfectly. As far as noise canceling, awesome! My wife was right next to me and I couldn't hear her or my tv. The volume is great. Love the bass, i didn't have to adjust the equalizer in my phone one bit.very comfortable to wear. I would highly recommend these to anyone.
