    I was looking forward to these so much and within 5 days I'm already having issues. The left earbud does not work. It will boot up, but it will not play anything. I've been through all of the support pages and there is no way to fix this. When I place it back in the case all it does is blink white even though the battery says it is at 100%. This is so frustrating that there is no fix.

    Only lasted 6 months before they died. 1st, call quality went to crap, then only one would connect. Finally died.

    The first thing that I noticed was the neat little container in which the earbuds are placed to charge. A magnetic connection makes sure that they 'snap' into place for charging. It is also a great rugged case for travel purposes. The next thing I noticed was the bass response. It has very good depth of sound - which of course, you would expect from Bose. The noise cancellation works well, albeit it will be sometime before I am on a plane again (my standard for measuring noise reduction). The various tips make it possible to select the best size for a comfortable fit. Using the buds for a phone conversation is so-so. I can hear myself speak and then hear it in the earbuds. Think that I'll need to look into that. All in all, these are great. I recommend!

    They worked one time - mistakenly didn’t take the warranty, now I have to send back to Bose.

    The actual earphones are great but the thing that is not good is the case. It is very bulky and uncomfortable

    Returned the first pair due to one earbud not working. After two months the same thing happened to the second pair. This time it will not pair at all. Bose did offer a replacement free of charge. Let's see if the third pair works out better.

    This is a real review. Please listen to me. They are great when they work. But after some time they just start blinking red and white that means GAME OVER. You re lucky if you still have warranty. If you don't, bye bye $300. So I would choose other brand or model. This has some bad quality testing and control. By the way Bose SoundSport Wireless are proven bulletproof headset!

    These are well worth the money! I’ve used the AirPod pros for the last year and after losing the left airpod I decided to UPGRADE. First things first, the airpod pros are amazing, they sync perfectly with iPhone, have a very amazing charge time, and are sporty, and classy. That being said I never appreciated the sound, I m always listening to music or watching movies on my phone and I could tell the AirPods couldn’t deliver QUALITY sound. The noise canceling in the airpod pros are okay, they aren’t bad, but not great. I decided to purchase the Bose because they had amazing reviews in quality sound and ANC. So let’s get into them, the charging case is sleek, a little bigger than the AirPods, but honestly they’re compact and the case is much more sturdy. The finish is solid and won’t scratch unlike the AirPods. The charge time is inconvenient compared to the pros but the quality makes up for it. You’re given three different ear sizes and you will want to test them all, taking note that one size may work better on the opposing ear. They hook into place unlike the AirPods and this is vital if you are a bike rider, active, and don’t feel like losing a pair down the drain or toilet. Putting on hoodies they stay in place which I absolutely love. The quality of the Bose are a step up, they’re solid, and deliver. I’ve already dropped mine a few times and they don’t scratch up easily like the AirPods do. The quality of sound is what has sold me here. My music sounds WAY better and truer. Music really has depth, and these bring it out. The bass hits very well. The lower sound depth are impressive for earbuds and I’m really happy I chose to take a stab at these. The battery is awesome, 6 hours compared to 4 with the AirPods. The comfort takes time, remember that, the ear pieces that hook into your ear are a little stiff at first, but within a week they soften up. Remember that. Watching movies I really can hear clearly everything and it brings your movies and games to life. The app that comes with Bose is surprisingly glitch free, for real it works really well and allows you to adjust treble and bass, and these wireless ear buds have plenty of bass. The active noise canceling, this is a toss up. Yes they’re better than the pros and impressive, however the design doesn’t allow the earbuds to fit snug into the ear canal which decreases the affect of the noise canceling. That being said they still do work better than the AirPods. It’s really really close compared to the two. All in all I’m really sold on these, I can’t go back to the AirPods because the AirPods don’t deliver this kind of sound quality, music just sounds amazing. I love it, they’re compact enough to where you don’t look goofy with them on, unlike over the ear headphones. The aware mode is superb, really they give you a whole new level of awareness while having them on. Here is where I will inform you, if you like having these in while in bed it will be uncomfortable if you lay on your side unlike the AirPods Pro’s. The AirPods are so small you don’t even notice you have them on which is really nice if you like falling asleep with them on, using them as ear plugs. That’s it, that’s my honest review and I’m keeping them.

    Too bulky. My husband’s ears are pretty small inside so they did not stay very well. It was hard for him to get them in

      The QuietComfort earbuds can store up to 7 paired Bluetooth devices, but only be connected to one at a time in single-point mode. We understand many customers manage multiple devices that are paired to the earbuds and would like to see improvements in the method used to switch between these devices.     It is very bad quality, don’t buy it , I bought it on Feb. 22 , it was defected , I changed 3 times and every time the same issue which is a huge issue , the Bluetooth connection is not stable and after 1 or 2 days doesn’t accept charging at all, I lost my money

    Wasn’t a big fan of these ear buds. The ear buds were too bulky and I much prefer something on the smaller size. Ended up returning them.

    I had them for not even a year and the sound completely stopped working on them and I’ve only used them maybe a total of 10 times. Went to Reddit to check with others, everyone I’ve spoken to said that they have experienced some sort of sound issues at some point. Stay away from this product.

    Absolutely nothing special about these headphones. The noise cancelling at full still allows ambient noise through. I work with my hands so my fingers can be a bit dry, so wheneve it tried to use the touch voiume control, it just constantly brought up Siri rather than changing vokume. No way to stop it without shutting Siri off completely. I really wanted to love these but they suck.

    I hate these headphones and Im mad i spent the money on them. Skull candy would've been a better option. The sound has been distorted from day 1 and now the right one is unlistenable. Regardless of the size I switch it to, they always fall out. Used to be only whem i worked out which was annoying but now its when im washing the dishes.
