    I'm currently on my 4th set (replaced 3 times by Bose). The left earbud has consistently failed and now I'm getting loads of static on the ser I just got 2 days ago. There are some serious QC issues at Bose. I may never buy Bose again.

    I dont like its fitting. Its coming out frequently and when it got sweaty then its very difficult to hold it in the ear.

    This item is no good stay away, first of all, it will hurt your ear really bad after 2 weeks of using it, second you can only use the right headphone to speak not the left one. This is ridiculous to spend all that money for all that headache literally…. I returned it thank you I’m good with out it.

    Left earbud stopped functioning <90 days

    I don't know if it was a bad batch or what, but my second set of Bose QC Earbuds have failed again. Specifically, the left earpiece stopped holding a charge. The first set failed within a week and the replacement set failed after about 90 days. Doesn't matter what the quality of the product is if it is unreliable. Cannot recommend at this time.

    Broke in 3 days

    It hasn't even been a week and I am going to have to return these headphones. They've been nothing but trouble since I got them! They randomly disconnect and reconnect. Now only the left ear buds turns on and the right is broken I guess? I cant even reset them and I even tried to factory reset. Nothing has worked and I am very annoyed that I have to return them.

    I bought these, and like several other reviews, only one earbud was lit, and the other flickered even after it was fully charged. They didn't show up to be synced on my phone or through the Bose app. I have returned them, thanks to the easy return policy. Very disappointed, because I've heard they're awesome (if the work).

    Before buying my Bose, I tried Skull Candy and two different Samsung wireless earbuds (all without Noise Cancellation) and was disappointed with all of them.  Out of frustration, I splurged and tried the Bose Quiet Comfort noise cancelling buds.  WOW, what a difference!  The noise cancellation makes all the difference in the world and the favorites/double taps on the left bud let's you cycle through (3 out of 11) noise cancelling presets.  Defaults are 0% / 50% /100% which work perfectly for me.  The sound and fit of the Bose were also far superior to the others.  A snugger more secure fit is achieved because of the extra wing on the Bose.  Microphones inside and outside the earphones sense noise and react instantaneously to cancel the signal.  Sound quality is what I expected from Bose - excellent, even on calls.  These can easily beat most over the ear cans.  And I don't need to crank the volume way up to hear bass, vocals and the midrange.  You can do a slide up or down on the right bud to adjust the volume up or down.  Though the buds are a bit larger than the others I tried, they felt lighter and much more comfortable.  I can go several hours w/o really feeling them.  Battery time has been good too.  I go all morning then pop them in the case over lunch for a quick top off and finish the rest of the day.  I go 3+ days before recharging.  The case is also compatible with any Qi-certified wireless charging mat. Using noise cancellation does consume more battery, so I only use it when necessary. The cons: None of these were deal breakers for me, just wishes they would have done a little bit more to really make them outstanding. The overall size of the buds are a little larger than their competitors, but that's also what probably makes them sound so much better too.  The charging case is also on the larger size.  Noticeable in a front pocket, but I usually leave it in my backpack or desk while using the buds.  You can touch and hold the left bud to skip forward to the next song, but there isn't a way to replay or go back to a previous song.  (Samsung's accomplishes this by a triple tap.)  You can always use you phone's app to do this too.  There's a Bose Music app you can download which allows you to customize some settings, but I feel they could have included more options like an adjustable equalizer with presets plus customization.  Dolby settings would also be nice.  I got around these deficiencies via Spotify's settings.  I paid the going rate of $279 for my buds.  Higher than all the others I tried, but worth it in the long run.  You'll be happier with these buds over any others for sure.

    While I can’t speak to the performance I am sorely disappointed with the fit. As someone who owns multiple Bose earbuds, I can say these are worst fitting of them all. The ear tips are all the same size except for the wings. I would love to love this product but they are just not built with my ears in mind. My wish would be to have ear tips that fit as well as the SoundSport.

    Used these once and now they won’t work. One glows white and the other blinks red. Can’t even get it to blink blue in order to pair it to another device.. I’ve ran through all of Bose’s help info and they’ve been charged. Still no use. Not sure what to do at this point. Never had an issue with any of my numerous Bose products til now.

    Got these almost exactly one year ago. They recently stopped working. Out of warranty, so only option is to get a replacement at a discounted price. Unacceptable and a huge downer, as I've been a Bose fan for such a long time.
