    DO NOT BUY!Absolutely disappointed I've used these one time & already the left earbud broke. It wont charge & I've tried every reset trick with no change. I've had Bose Soundsport for 2 years & decided to upgrade to these...I'm so sad & now I've got to return them. Not taking my chance on these again going to switch to Sony MX4 buds

    Great product when first purchased in Oct. 2020. Good noise cancellation and great sound. Decent battery life and really liked that they could be re-charged wirelessly in their case. Overall features were a bit lacking but ok. For $300 at the time, very disappointed that they stopped working in Oct. 2023. 3 years is not very long to get out of a Bose product. I have several other Bose products (wired headphones, Bluetooth speakers, etc.) that I’ve had well over 10+ years with no issues. I was considering purchasing the newest version, the Bose QC II but the reviews are terrible everywhere you look (Best Buy, Amazon, etc.), especially when compared to the original Bose QC I. I would still recommend these earbuds only because they were great at first, even though they had no longevity. Definitely don’t pay full price though. Wait for a sale!

    Ummm... why so expensive? Sound quality was completely lost in these! I mean my origional SoundSport free have much more powerful sound than these overpriced buds! I think they sacrificed the sound for the new features such as touch controls, wireless compatibility, and a smaller more compact case. If you want booming base and sound buy the older SoundSport free model!

    Great headphones, bad Bluetooth

    I've tried a ton of earbuds (Sennheiser, Sony, Beats by Dre), and these are by far the most comfortable. The noise cancelling is impressive, and the base is much better than I would expect in a device this compact. You can control almost everything directly on the bud, so no need to take out your phone - including volume, noise cancellation level, pausing/playing, skipping songs, etc. Calls are super clear as well. I go on runs with them regularly and they sit tight. The one thing that drives me crazy are issues with the Bluetooth. Every time I need to connect it to a different device, I have to reset the buds by holding the Bluetooth button down for 30 seconds, and forgetting the buds on the device I'm trying to connect to. This never works the first time. Usually I have to do a dance of plugging them in/charging the case, resetting the headset, connecting and disconnecting and forgetting multiple times. Then sometimes they'll connect and immediately disconnect. IMO, the comfort, sound quality, and noise cancellation are worth the annoyance. But I have to build an extra 10 minutes in when I want to connect it to a new device :(

    Bought these and was so excited to get home and use them. And queue the returns! I have now had two defective models somehow. Problems with one earbud not working both times. Suppose I’ll try for the third time, but as of now, I’m pretty over them and will most likely go with another brand.

    One earbud stopped working within 24 hours. Took It back to the store for a new one. About 5.5 months later the right earbud stopped working on the new pair and now I cannot get a refund to get something that works.

    No instructions in box except download Bose Music App & follow instructions - which DON'T WORK. 3 hold queues on Best Buy help desk. Finally was given an 800 number - which says I need to contact the manufacturer. (and they didn't give any number to call in the packaging. Very poorly supported.

    Let me say out of the box they were incredible. I doubted all the other reviews but within 2-3 hours of use I got he muffled sound. Almost like a blown speaker whenever there was bass. Luckily I was within return period and didn't have to deal with RMA's and other issues like the other people. I would avoid these.

    Not a good product Can’t do work while wearing this ear bud and get looses out of the ear. No I use only a single ear bud 1 ear bud already not working right after using this for one month. I say anyone to not to buy this product. You will use this only a month little more

    The right earbud randomly stops working. It won't charge, can't be found by any BT device, and doesn't have any indicator light. It's like it just froze. Returned that pair and exchanged for a new pair. The second pair is now doing the exact same thing after a half a day of use. Complete waste of money.

    Best Buy is so low, they sell you products and lock you into deals (Pandora premium) and then they keep you from canceling. I keep canceling the membership and still get charged for it! What is that?!? They are a horrible company and I hate them so much for this! They will burn for this.

    First pair I got the right side wouldn’t sync or work after a few hours.. dot an exchange and the second pair gave me the same problem after a few hours.. would not recommend to anyone. Sons quality was ok at best when they did work…

    Terrible Experience - Very Disappointed

    The 1st pair were defective, as they would not update. The 2nd pair were also defective, only one earbud worked. The 3rd pair were defective, worked with Bose customer service to negotiate a return for an upgrade. Fingers crossed that the 4th pair will be good.
