    Bought two different pairs of these headphones. Both were defective. One earphone would completely die when on full charge and just never power up again. Would avoid buying these.

    STOPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!! If your looking for a good pair of wireless headphones keep looking theses aint it!!!! When i first got into home Theater building I thought ( Bose) was top notch!!! I was very wrong and these wack earbuds prove my point,what I did instead was get the (Sony x-10000) they sound amazing!!!!!

    Unfortunately they keep falling out my ear. I am too scared to lose them. They are too big. Yes I am using the smallest ear plug but it still falls out. A couple of times I had to pick them up on the street. I hate that spent so much money on these things and I can not even use them. Waste of money.

    I bought these in October 2020 It is now april 29th and theybhave completly stopped working For some reason they stay on entire time and case will no longer sync or charge them. Worst ear bud purchase i have evwr made sorry bose this is an over priced item. I guess I'm foing back to Jaybird.

    I had them for a few months and they slowly started getting worse around 3 months in. They would produce a really horrible ringing almost like Tinnitus and the bass eventually went out too. If you are going to buy these I highly recommend getting the warranty as well.

    Do not buy!!! The charging case and earbuds are supposedly paired. I dropped my charging case and it broke less than a month after buying. You can’t buy another charging case for the earbuds. You have to send them in to Bose and pay 2/3 the cost for a new set of earbuds and case.

    Right earbud stopped charging after only 3 uses. Went to exchange the product, the person helping me messed up gave me my money back. Store then wanted me to buy the product that was no longer on sale.

    Doesn't connect properly with my Note 10. Very expensive and I'm very upset about it. Cause it didn't start acting up till about 3 into using them , which i didn't even use everyday so i did not notice right away!! Garbage!! Best buy wont even take them back! Waste of money!!

    I would give this no stars, but can’t. Had a terrible time getting them to pair to my phone. Now they won’t turn on. Can’t use them. Very expensive pieces of junk.

    Terrible quality of the product. The right earbud stopped working after 3 days of usage. I got a new one shipped to me in Brazil (it took two months to arrive) and after a week, it stopped working AGAIN. This is absurd. Terrible product.

    Didn’t even get a chance to pair them before I had issues. Even worse Best Buy wouldn’t replace them even though I had a protection plan unless I bought the headphones AGAIN AND the protection plan as well. Probably won’t use Best Buy again tbh.

    Lemon or just bad quality earphones?

    Never truly worked every single time. I bought these in December (4 months ago) and these have always given me problems. Finally, they just stopped working altogether. I’m not sure if I bought a dud set or if it’s just bad quality.

    The sound when I make a call doesn’t work. When I put the headphones back in the case they don’t charge when it’s fully charged. Overall awful headphones. When I went to Best Buy to exchange them for different headphones they refused to take the exchange.

    Stopped working after 1.5 year, out of warranty. They offered a nee pair at a “discounted price” of $160. No thanks, I learned my lesson already.
