So far, I couldn't be more pleased. I've had Status, Sony and other earbuds. The others were not only uncomfortable, they also didn't stay in the ears. These are VERY comfortable, and do stay in ears. So far, no issue with no connections, and it seems I can wear for hours. VERY HAPPY.

I can use just the right one while working as a handsfree headset. But can't use the left one by itself. I switched to ear adaptor #1 and it fits perfect,but they come with 3 sizes. In ear detection in a great feature. It does what it needs to do, I love the quality, sound and battery life. And they look nice too, great quality as always with Bose.

Great until new firmware

I was so anxious, I connected them to my iPhone in the Best Buy parking lot. When I played some music, they sounded awesome! Excellent balance, rich sound, good bass, great volume, etc. I was happy. Then, while still in the parking lot, I noticed my Bose Music app was downloading new firmware version 1.0.7. I thought fine, my new earbuds would be up to date. However, after I applied the firmware to my earbuds, I became disappointed. Before, the update, I could listen comfortably with the volume turned about halfway up with volume to spare. AFTER the update, I had to crank the volume all the way to the max to listen at an adequate volume. I’m hoping Bose provides a new firmware update soon to correct the problem. Other than that major annoyance, the earbuds sound great and better than my AirPod Pros.

Posted .Hey Artanis, I'm very glad your initial impressions of these earbuds were so great. It's a shame that you're facing this volume issue but we can certainly get this resolved for you.
From what you have described, it sounds like Bluetooth AVRCP link (which controls volume control) fell out of sync with your phone once the earbuds rebooted and reconnected after the update. If you put them in the case, close the lid for a minute or two, and then reconnect, this issue will be resolved.
In the event that the above steps do not resolve the problem, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 30 seconds and then release. The earbuds' LEDs begin blinking, turn solid white, and then begin blinking blue. The product is now in pairing mode and the earbuds' device list is cleared. Go to the Bluetooth list on your previously connected devices and delete the earbuds. Now reconnect.

I work for a construction company (in the office) and these filter out the noise of everything going on outside my window. The fit is good but some discomfort after extended use. The touch controls can be a little too sensitive and tend to recognize accidental touches causing random pausing, volume increases/decreases, and toggling ANC on/off. The battery also drains quickly with ANC (which is crucial for my usage). After several months of use, my headphones stopped charging in the case and would only charge when the cases was fully charged and plugged in. I can't figure out why this is happening. Overall, good earbuds but the connectivity and battery issues are big downsides.

Excelent sound but not worth the value

I used them when travelling for the noice cancelling. I've never dropped them and took very good care, they still look like new. After the year -expired warantee- right earbud intermittent loses connection, cutting sound and desconnecting lerft earbud. I own a Tozo earbuds, cheap stuff, that I've drpped hundreds of times, but never had let me down. Bose earbuds are worth the value only iof you are willoing to spend usd 200 every year.

I would make sure that the earbuds are sitting firmly on the charging pins when charging to ensure they get equal charge. Sound cancellation is good. I can take a walk and it effectively muffles traffic and lawn mower sounds. Music and podcast audio is good. I can use them at work and it adequately silences to noise. The battery life is limited to about 4 or 5 hours which is not adequate. It is completely unreliable for telephone conversation as I am told I cannot be heard clearly unless the environment is very quiet. It is unsuitable for sleeping - although you can use it in one ear only.

I researched all the earbuds ANC products from Senheizer, Bang and Ofulsen, Bowers and Wilkins and this Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds True Wireless ANC, all products have their pros and cons nothing is perfect. What made me decide in getting the bose is the True Wireless Noise Cancelling technology they have. Nothing comes closed and will beat Bose with their technology. Sound is super amazing, only setback is big case and wishing for longer battery capacity. Again no product is perfect and buy what you intend it to be used. Another excellent product from Bose.

I'm sorry to hear you've had issues with your buds connecting. If you experience issues, you get lifetime technical support with Bose so please do not hesitate to reach out if you're having issues. Pairing issues can sometimes occurring when the pairing between the phone and the buds become corrupted. It's something that can happen very rarely with Bluetooth connections but is easy to remedy.
