    I've had these for a few years now, and they just quit on me today out of nowhere despite being treated well and maintained the entire time I've had them. Bose has 0 way to repair them, no more stores in the US, no actual customer service that isn't a robot, and the only thing you can do once they die is send your pair and buy an entirely different refurbished pair at a small discount. Only to repeat the cycle when your next pair bites the dust in, what? A week? A month? A year? I've had other bose products last longer than these and are still going to this day. What gives here? So now I'm just out a pair of headphones with the only option to throw a couple hundred dollars at the problem. I'd have been more recepetive if there was ANY other option to repair them or a single human being. But as it stands bose's stance is "get bent, pay more for our poor quality product that'll die in a year." Just avoid these, they're not worth that 250 dollar price tag, the warranty is just long enough for your earbuds to die, and they barely block sound. Go throw your hard earned money at sony.

Due to the small size of the earbuds, we are unable to repair them and instead replace them in the event that there is an issue. If they are in warranty, the repair would happen free of charge. For these earbuds, we actually upgrade them to the next model as part of the exchange, not a refurbished pair.     Being able to setup profiles with varied layers of noise cancellation based on the environment is probably my favorite feature.

    Best earbuds on the market! Depending on the settings though you will lose some clarity at higher volumes. Noise canceling is definitely out of this world.

    I just got my New Quite Comfort earbuds and I'm Extremely Please. Great fit and Sound Quality. The Noise Canceling is Great. I have a pair of UE-1 EARBUDS and the Bose are Better.

    I am so incredibly disappointed that these great sounding earbuds just won't fit. None on the 3 predetermined sizes will keep the ear bud from falling out of my left ear. I am guessing I need a size 2-1/2. If they won't stay put, they are pretty useless!

    I love Bose products and could not wait to try these out. Let me start with the sound quality - perfect Bose sound with amazing noise cancelling. Now, the whole comfort part … these are terribly uncomfortable, actually made my ears hurt. I tried all the different size buds, no better. I think they’re just too bulky. I returned mine

    Abysmal Customer Service

    Have been a big Bose fan for years now, but I've found the customer service is nothing like it used to be. I enjoyed these headphones for the first 6 hours. The noise cancelling and sound were great, though still a bit on the bulky side. When I went to charge the case, it failed to take a charge, even on different USB-C chargers. The employees working the call center/chat line seem to be contracted out and fairly disconnected with the company itself (can only provide standard responses and resolutions). After days of trying to get a hold of someone in customer service (I think they were having issues with their computers for a bit), I finally spoke to someone. They said they would expedite the return of a new product in a few days once they received mine. This was in early October. I reached out to them today and they told me they would ship me a new pair November 24th. Given this customer experience, I would highly recommend buying through best buy rather than Bose if you choose to go with these.

    Better off with airpods if you have iphone

    Currently lost my earbuds and cant find them the app says they have to be on in order to find them which is pointless. Airpods will already be on the “find my” app .I guess bose wants you to tape a airtag on theirs. Besides that they work great
