Good noise canceling, but sometimes too much. Made me sick after wearing for too long. 2. When you pull the left out, the right will still remain in noise-canceling, which also kind of made me sick. Wish they would stop noise-canceling when at least one is pulled out. 3. You can only program the left side of the earbud. You do not have the option to play forward and backward with songs; you can only choose one. 4. The Bluetooth connection only works with the right earbud, Sadly, I lost the right side so now the whole thing is worthless. Hope this helps others. Would not recommend it; there are better out there.

I can only presume I'm doing something wrong. I have Bose headphones which noise cancel well so I know what I'm looking for. The app is dreadful. Getting into the ear bud box is too fiddly. I talked to someone on a flight who had them in and, guess what, noise cancelling on his didn't work. Now have a pair of $60 buds with noise cancelling that work well. Don't buy.......is all hype or setting them up is an issue. Would put on Ebay as barely used but couldn't lie that they work. Generally rubbish.

Have to take 2 steps to do so . Was going to return just for that reason. They do have good sound but that’s the only pro for me.

To decline, you can touch and hold the earbud. This ensures control over your incoming calls but avoids the need to use your phone. They work well, but the shape of the earbuds is not the same as the 20's. I could not get a good fit on my right ear. Normally, I would have tried before I bought, but didn't want to with Covid. I had to return them.
