Not business friendly when skiing

Disable touch function

Good noise cancellation but average call quality!

Won't stay in my ears

I tried all three sizes. I watched the videos on how to property place them in my ears. I actually own the old bose sounsport and those actually stay for a few laps. Regretfully, I will return them.

Trashy Earbuds

The noise canceling and the bass in these are the only pros. The cons are overall all trash. I am sticking to my Galaxy Buds+ for my Note 10+. I don't recommend these Bose Quietcomfort earbuds at all. I be darn if I pay 300 dollars for these

Right earbud broke within a month

Another months after, the right one started making a screeching noice and any bass, made the sound quality awful. This wasn't from ware and tear, they just basically sucked from the start. I wanted noise cancelling headphones that were good quality long term and comfortable. Yet I got the opposite. These hurt your ears once you have them in for so long. The only thing nice is the noise cancelling level control, that's about it. They would be getting a bit better of a review if they were far cheaper, but spending $270 on earbuds that started malfunctioning within a month, that aren't that comfortable, is truly a waste of money. Go get a different brand

To address the issue, please turn off In-ear detection.
It's possible that a sharp, high-pitched sound could trigger the noise cancelling to feedback or chirp/squeak for a short moment. To enable/disable in-ear detection features, use the Bose Music app. You can access these options from the Settings menu.

Bose needs improving

I thought these earbuds could work independently, but without the right earbud the left one can’t work by itself. But other than that the quality sound is good.

We know there are times when you want to use just one of your earbuds. You can now use either the left or right earbud for listening and calls with Independent Single-Bud Use. This new feature lets you seamlessly switch between your earbuds, and if one earbud runs out of battery life or disconnects from Bluetooth®, you can continue listening with the other earbud without interruption. To access Independent Single-Bud Use, make sure the software on your QuietComfort® Earbuds II is up to date.

Takes higher volume setting to get same 'loudness' as my old Bose earbuds which are wired not wireless which means you are burning more power for the same performance eating into battery life. My old wired Bose seems to sound clearer.

Fall out of ear.

They were a present from my wife and frankly, not worth the value.

Do not buy these

He read all the literature and when he was charging them up the left was wasnt taking a charge. So today he will be takikg them back and exchanging for another pair. Pray they have them in stock
