Sound is ok but wont stay in!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted like these so much! I own several pairs od head buds. Including Samsung, jabra, beats, and bose. These seemed like thw best of both worlds. Great sound and alot.smaller that their predecessor. Unfortunately, they just wont stay in the ear. Tried all three sizes of the ear adapters, but they just wont seal or stay in. Within about 5 minutes, my ear was hurting. I made it to the parking lot and went back into the store to exchange them. I also didnlike the lack of sound adjustment. I know Bose is great but i feel like i should bw able to taylor them to my preferences.

Posted .Hey there,
I'm sorry to hear that the earbuds would not stay in your ears which lead you to return them.
Changing the ear tips was a great first step! We also have a great article here: https://bose.life/3FbnaLE, to help with positioning which will help with a more stable fit.
Thanks!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love them, but what I don’t like is I cannot register my product because Bose doesn’t recognize my serial number. Makes me think they are or could be counterfeit

Absolutely Terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After my $18 Anker earphones finally kicked the bucket from 5+ years of heavy use, I decided to give myself a nice ugrade...or so I thought. After giving myself several months of use to give these a chance, I can say that there are so many things I don't like about these. 1) they do not stay in well, and not just when running. Sometimes they fall out when I am just sitting still. 2) They aren't very functional. The problem with anything designed by millennials is that love technology over function. Every time one starts falling out of my ear, I push it back in...but because I touched it, it either skips a song, stops playing, or does something else I don't want depending on which side I touched. Furthermore, sometimes I double tap it to skip a song and it doesn't recognize both of my touches, so it either stops playing thinking I only tapped once or does nothing at all. What's wrong with a few good ol' fashioned buttons?...one to stop/play, one for skipping songs, and maybe one for volume...or leave volume to the phone? Buttons always work, and don't make the headphones cost so much because of useless technology. 3) the bluetooth keeps disconnecting on me. Seriously, my $18 Anker headphones kept a connection better than these! 4) They sound only slightly better than my Anker headphones for more than 15 times the price. My opinion, save a fortune and be happier with the results by buying a pair of Anker headphones or something else. Oh, and Bose should really come up with a compatible ear-hook attachment that can be added to these for runners.

Posted .Hey there! I'm pleased to hear you love the sound of these earbuds. There are three sizes of ear tips included, so be sure to test each out to find your perfect fit! For Bluetooth issues, clear the pairing history of the buds and your devices, and keep with the wireless range of 33ft. The touch controls are a great feature and help you stay in control of music even when you don’t hold your device. A full touch connection will need to be made, but you can control what you're listening to, the volume, noise-cancellation, and also voice assistants.
If you continue to run into difficulties please do reach out to Bose at https://bose.life/38Q1vZs, and we'll get things resolved! Sam - Bose Customer Support

Left Earbud Static/Cracking Noise Out Of The Box
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just bought them 2 days ago, but out of the box I noticed static noise in the left earbud, this was before even pairing them with my Android phone so I completed that and played some music from Spotify but I could still hear the static/crackling sound in the left ear. If I increase the volume on the music or play a very saturated song (rock, metal) I can't hear it but still there, you can still hear it if there is a pause or clean section in a song. I did updated the firmware hoping that will fix the issue but that didn't corrected this, I tried disabling the ANC as well and testing other ANC modes but that didn't worked either, I even reseted the earbuds again a couple of times but the issue still present. I did tested them with my MacBook Pro 2019 too but the issue doesn't go away, without being paired is present. I will try to exchange or return them next weekend, other than that annoying and unfortunate issue these earbuds are great.

Posted .Hi Alex,
A static sound certainly shouldn't be present when using the headphones. Exchanging/returning would be a good idea, as this is likely a one-off problem. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our support team at https://www.bose.com/en_us/contact_us.html.

StayHear Max tips ruined a perfect product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The new in ear "StayHear™ Max tips" just don't work for me. I've had the Bose SoundSport Free for years and absolutely LOVED them. I also own the Bose Quiet comfort over the ear headphones. What I'm saying is I'm a Bose fan. These new earbud tips are unwearable. Spent a week and watched tutorials to make sure I was wearing properly in my ear. Mediums to small. Large too big. Constant falling out. Sound-awesome. Interactivity of earbud controls-perfect. Fit-absolutely terrible.

Dead on second use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Right side failed on 2nd use, after I boarded a flight. Right ear won't power up, won't charge or light up in case. Dead right side means left side won't pair either. Very frustating. When it did work initially, noise cancellarion felt a little better than Sony WF-1000XM4.

Worst earbuds to ever be made.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would give negative stars if I could. This is by far the worst electronic purchase I’ve ever made. I’ve had the headphones for less than a year and Bose have already had to replace them for me 3 times. I literally ONLY use them to take Zoom calls. Never work out in them or go for walks or anything that could result in an accident and they keep breaking. THREE times one of the earbuds would just stop working for no reason, despite me handling them very gently. They’re still under warranty but sending them back is a hassle and I have to wait 2-3 weeks for a replacement during which time I’m without headphones. I can’t believe I paid almost $300 for them. Will never purchase Bose headphones ever again.

Posted .Hello, it's good to hear you feel these sound great. The QuietComfort Earbuds II use Bluetooth 5.1 and have a connection range of up to 33 feet (10 meters) so it is unusual to hear you are having pairing issues. To ensure the best connectivity please follow the guidance from here https://bose.life/3SmEvaL

Horrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im shocked at the positive reviews for this product. These buds are trash. Im very disappointed in BoSe. There is a very noticeable crackin sound if u dont have the earbuds in the perfect fit for ur ear. On my first pair i noticed this right away and thought the product was defective, especially considering it was Bose. I returned them and to my disappointment, this is how the earbuds are. Also, call quality is trash. The audio is to low to the point u almost cant hear the other person. For $279 this is unacceptable and definitely getting returned. I will say, once u mess around with it a few minutes and get the "right" seal the sound is good. But by then, my ear is usually sore from all the twisting. Again, for almost $300 this is unacceptable.

Posted .Hey JayJay,
I'm really sorry that you've not had the best experience with your new QuietComfort Earbuds. It seems that the fit was a bit of an issue for you. Have you checked out our guide to wearing and adjusting the earbuds? You can find it here - https://bose.life/2I52bSx.
Having taken many calls on these earbuds, I do find it strange that you're experiencing low volume as I have not found this to be the case at all. First, please check that the latest firmware is installed via the Bose Music app. Has this occurred over many different calls? Are you using cellular calls or VoIP services such as WhatsApp? Please also try them when connected to an alternative device. If the problem is exhibited across all devices and call platforms, do not hesitate to get in touch with our customer support for further assistance. - http://bose.life/globalsupport
