Doesn’t last, needs longer warranty
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed. Bought these for my father-in-law for Christmas last year. Just found out the right earbud never had sound. Trouble shot through Bose app to no avail. Put in a service request only to be told they are out of warranty. However, if I send them the bad pair, they’ll give me a discount on a new set. However the discounted price is the same as Amazon’s regular price.

Posted .Hi, thank you for reaching out. It is surprising to hear that the earbud is not getting any sound. We have a great way of making sure that you have the latest firmware which I am confident will allow you to use both earbuds. You can update the earbuds through your computer via btu.bose.com.
I would recommend reaching out to our support team if this does not resolve this as we would very much like to help you: https://bose.life/3nTDo5H

Right Earbud Does Not Work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased on 7/10 and the right earbud had a red light and after multiple restarts and factory resets it would never go into pairing mode. I exchanged these on 7/11 and the new pair worked until yesterday 7/22. Both earbuds had solid white lights indicating that they were fully charged but would not connect to my phone and would not allow me to put them into pairing mode. Today the right earbud blinks white for a second and then turns off. Bose support has been unhelpful and I will be returning these to Best Buy.

Not ergonomic or user friendly
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The problem isnt really sound quality but rather the interface and comfort. (1) The earbuds constantly fall off. Everytime I fix it, the right earbud enables voice assistant. (2) I tried checking the setting and I cannot deactivate that touch (3) I CANNOT use just the left. It doesn't have any sound playing. (4) skipping a track can only be used on the left earbud. (5) they JUST enabled a volume control. For months I didn't have access to control volume...... I used to have the Sony WF-1000XM3. I think I'll go back. (Fyi the downfall was connectivity at the gym. I'll just get some cheap earbuds specifically for that)

Posted .Hey there, I am glad that you are enjoying the audio quality. I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with the fit. Check out the great video here https://bit.ly/2N8fh44 that will help to prevent them falling out. The earbuds are designed to work as a pair, and in doing so, you will need to have the right bud out of the case to use the left individually. For connectivity issues, the steps here https://bose.life/3mWlQni will help!

No idea how these are rated well
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Audiophile here, classical music enthusiast. These buds are HUGE. Terrible build quality. Awful sound (like nails on a chalkboard). I returned for Sony's, and everything about them blows these away. I dropped these from. About 1' onto a rubber padded table and the case broke. The case is enormous. Tons of overpowering bass wth the words mids and treble I've legit over heard. The Sony's j replaced them with are ten times better quality. Slightly more expensive yes, but far, far better. Seriously, I'm confident everyone is deaf

Posted .Hello, the Quietcomfort Earbuds were designed to provide great battery life, noise cancelling and sound, which is balanced with the size of the earbuds.
We worked hard to ensure that all of the above was fitted into the smallest package available, yet without compromising functionality.
You can adjust the EQ on the earbuds to get the perfect sound setting for you. You can find guidance on this here https://bose.life/3Kz0b07
The charging case is designed to provide the earbuds with 2 full charges to allow for portability and extend the battery life of the buds. The case is still small enough to fit in your pocket for when required to store and re-charge the buds.
If you need assistance for the damage to the charging case, please reach out to us directly at https://bose.life/3kp6LLF

No Volume Control
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No volume control. Seriously? $280 and no volume control. I have $30 set with volume control. Charge cable does not fit in case. I got the white buds and the charge cable is black. Sounds petty, but I paid $280.

Posted .Hey there,
We listened to our user's are are pleased to confirm that on-bud volume control has now been implemented. This does not require a firmware update, however, you'll need to ensure that you have the latest Bose Music app version (v4.2.4) and then go to the settings of your earbuds to enable volume control.

Worst Ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never worked again after pairing with one device. Spent 6 hours troubleshooting on my own and with Bose only to find out if you accept the firmware update, the only option to fix is to send back for a refurbished pair!!! 25 year bose product owner. Worst product ever produced in my opinion. Its sad this is a know issue and yet the firmware is still built into the app and auto updates with the latest release.

Not Worth The Money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.By far the worst earbuds I've ever bought. I really do regret spending more than 200$ on it. The right earbud wont ever charge, tried getting help from Bose support and no one helped me. These earbuds are very generic and the sound quality isn’t even there for the price. Noise canceling isn’t t even good on them too. You're better off buying the headphones than than this product. PLEASE STAY AWAY

Very poor quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The left earbud would not charge, therefore unusable. Disappointed in the quality control that would allow this item to leave the factory.

Posted .Hi,
The earbuds can enter a battery saver mode when on the shelf waiting for purchase. We recommend connecting them to charger straight after unboxing to get a full charge in before use.
If the battery still not charge we have tips here https://bose.life/3GrlCOZ to help with making sure they charge.
