Comfortable and solid connectivity. They’re a tad bit heavy so sometimes they fit a bit awkwardly in your ears and may fall out during strenuous exercise. Excellent noise-canceling function.

love this earbuds, use them daily at the gym. only issue is the left bud will go back after a few months but due to heavy use and constant sweat, tried the new model when back to this one way better comfort

Pretty good product, a little to big. But other than the size of them its an okay product. Could be engineered to be smaller with the same sound effects.

I was originally looking wireless ear buds that would hang on my ear not in them. I was under the impression they would not stay in my ear while I am at the gym. I was absolutely wrong with my way of thinking. These stay in your ear perfectly and dont fall out at all with the sound that is typical Bose quality. I didnt think the noise canceling feature was an important factor when i was looking for ear buds. With that being said, this feature is amazing and worked so much better than anticipated. The ear buds do come with three sets of different size rubber ear pieces and I suggest you do take the time to try them all. Put each size on and leave them in your ear for a little for a while, you wont regret it.

I've been holding off on buying earbuds for a long time. I'm going to be doing more traveling in the future, and needed something that is compact, sounds good, and is able to block out external noise. I've had these for a few days, and have been wearing them at work where we have a white noise generator. The noise cancelling is very effective, and the default EQ setting on them is pleasing to my ears, no need to adjust. I tried the Airpods, and these stay in my ears much better. The build quality is great, I don't feel like I have to worry if I accidently drop them on the ground. My only nit-pick with these is the use of piano-black surfaces in the charging case and on the inside of the earbuds.

These ear buds are great,the noise canceling feature works very well and they have great comfort I'm very satisfied with my choice and sound quality is what you would expect from Bose great.

These earbuds were the best I ever purchased. The one thing that happened, is after a couple months they were still being connected while in the case. That's the only thing I didn't like.

I'll start off by staying that... I love Bose earbuds. I've had the Bose SoundTrue, Bose SoundSport (wired), and the Bose SoundSport Free earbuds. For over 5 years, Bose has been the only earbuds I've worn because they were the only ones that stayed in my ear! The Bose StayHear tips were a real game changer since I prefer earbuds over headphones, especially for working out, and I struggled for so long to find earbuds that stayed in my ear. Whether I was running, lifting, walking around, or standing still - Bose earbuds always stayed in. Until now. Unfortunately, I tried everything I could. They will not stay in for the life of me. Now, of course, if I place them in they will stay. But the moment I start moving around, they easily fall out. I should mention that Bose is using a new "StayHear® Max tip" design, so the tips are slightly different from the StayHear tips I'm used to in my other Bose earbuds. Outside of this, I could tell the build quality was great, the sounds quality is what you expect from Bose (Excellent!), and the new touch control and noise cancelling features work superb. I really wanted to like these new Bose QC earbuds, but they fall (literally) short. I'm not writing this review to discourage folks from purchasing the new Bose QC earbuds. I'm sure it'll likely work for most people who buy it. Though, as someone who relied on Bose to supply all my earbuds needs - I'm at a loss. I could be an outlier considering I have a history of "earbuds always falling out of ears regardless of brand (except for Bose.. until now)". Would be great if there were additional options for folks in my position! I wouldn't mind sticking on my old StayHear tips from my other earbuds on to this one if I could! 5/5 for those who don't run into the ear fit issue. 4/5 for those like me who do. Sadly, I did have to return them. I will keep an eye out for the next iteration of Bose wireless earbuds, though!

Good for music the only downfall is it can easily fall out your ear and into water or the ground.

I bought these to wear while doing noisy things like mowing the lawn and using a lathe and dust collector. I’d say the noise canceling covers about 80%. I’d say it’s not quite as good as the AirPod Pros they replaced as far as noise cancellation goes, but the battery life of the earphones and the case is much better. My iphone worked better with the AirPods… but they connected with every other iPhone in my house so I can’t say I miss that. Sound quality is very good, but I’m not audiophile enough to compare to iPods.

These are great noise cancelling earbuds. They are lightweight and fit comfortably in the ear. They do a great job at noise cancelling and so far, they seem to stay put.

Love!! Best Earbuds for my ears. I have tried many earbuds over the last few years and these fit my ears the best and don't hurt my hears after wearing for a while. They also have excellent sound, the base is AMAZING!

I bought this for my husband and he loves it. It's really an upgrade from the lower earbuds model. Battery life is much longer. Added feature is the noise cancelling. If you adjust it to max setting, you won't be able to hear the people chatting around you. Also, you can use both earbuds simultaneously. We both use it (1 earbuds each) while in a meeting and had no issues unlike his old bose earbuds that only 1 person can use. The quality of the sound is much better and looks more sophisticated and pricey. I will definitely give it a perfect score if they have a mic on the left earbud too.

Beautiful sound and really noise canceling! So much so that when walking my dog one day I had the hood up on my sweatshirt and never heard the truck coming up behind us till it was beside us! They’re very easy to setup, connect to iPhone

I love my Bose Headphones. They do not come fall out walking, running or jumping.

Great headphones. Sound great! Feel great! Stays in great! Minor discomfort after hours of use, but not that bad. And goes away once you get used to it. They connect pretty quick, but slower than Samsung buds.

The more I wear them the more I love them. PROS: These are extremely comfortable to wear on conference calls for hours. The noise canceling is amazing. I can't hear anything around me when the ANC is set to max. It's great to tap and move the ANC to the two other favorite positions (5 and off). Volume control was added in a later firmware update and works very well. ANC when flying - I have now flown with these and can watch movies on planes without having to pull out my Bose 700's. CONS: The battery doesn't last the entire day, but I can normally get a recharge between meetings. They are a little larger than some of the competitors, but to me, they are worth it. OVERALL: I can't recommend these strongly enough.

Love them! Great sound & cuts out noise. To me they are more comfortable then the Apple ones. I can use them in the gym and feel good they will not fall out my ears during a work out! Very comfortable!

these are a big upgrade to the soundsports but a little disappointing compared to the air pod pros I have all 3 and hate to say the airpod pros function better but these like the soundsport are way more comfortable if wearing for long periods of time my disappointment is in the controls not as easy to use I have had to take out my phone many times to play song / answer call will say sound is great comfort is incredible and I do like them but was looking forward to getting them and have been using airpod pros for what I thought would be temporary but may have to hang on to them for now
