While I was hoping for the quality of Bose that I have been used to, I have been underwhelmed by my purchase and unfortunately, even the Bose support person recommended that I return them. While the sound quality of the headphones is quite exceptional, that is it. I appreciate the base tones. Unlike other reviews, the case is actually quite functional, despite its size. The earbuds stay in your ear. I like the ability to find out what the battery life left by touching the earbud. I also like that it announces what device you are attached to. Call quality, however, is abysmal. Even after working with Bose support, I have been told by people who I am calling that they cannot hear me. When I switch to Apple AirPod Pros people then hear me clearly. Often people think that I am in a bad cell location, when actually it has nothing to do with the location, it has to do with these earbuds. Simply awful. The microphone is only in one ear, the right one, so if you need to take that one out, you are out of luck. I literally have to disconnect from them to continue conversations. I use a headset for Zoom meetings, and this one fails. I get chats saying cannot hear you, or tinny, or scratchy. You are going in and out. I am on a MacBook Pro, and when I change to the devices microphone or Apple AirPods Pros people say they can hear me clearly. Having to disconnect from one device to another, while not tragic, is not smooth and an easy transition. Often when you disconnect from one device, even though you are trying to attach to another device, it automatically reconnects to the last device. It can be quite frustrating. I was hoping for better. So unfortunately, these earbuds simply are going back to Best Buy.

Great sound. Boise is the best type of ear buds or speakers

Excellent quality ear buds. They can be sound proof while wearing them, or you can turn on active mode and hear your surroundings. The battery life is pretty good and the carrying case holds multiple charges for rhe ear buds. I bought these as a replacement for the Jabra Elite ear buds. These are way by far superior in every way!

I’ve tried Beats, Panasonic headphones and these, by far are the most comfortable ear pieces I have ever had. The noise cancellation feature is everything. Highly recommend. I also got the Bose headphones with the wire. Probably the best brand when it comes to this in my opinion

Had to replace my first pair within a year because it went faulty and wouldn’t connect. Now, my second pair has synching issues in the left headphone. During the time the headphones were actually functional, they were still hardly worth the price. The touch functions make it difficult to adjust the headphone itself without accidentally triggering something (skip, pause, etc.). I appreciate the Aware/Quiet modes and the overall sound is good, but I truly wish I had never purchased these.

I have owned multiple earbuds and these blow all of those out of the water. The sound on these are very balanced to compliment any style of music. The noise canceling feature is great on these earbuds. Turn them on to shut off the world around you. A little pricey but worth the price. Would recommend buying!!

I have had several earbuds, and I don't know if it's because of how my ears are shaped, but I have never been able to get one to stay in place; especially the apple EarPods. These are amazing and their shape allows the to stay in place and never fall off. The sounds quality is great, they are a little bulkier than some models, but I absolutely love it.

I have been using Bose products almost 7 years never had problem. Amazing sound quality.

Just what I needed for working in my woodworking shop. The adjustable noise cancelling allows me to hear the machines (for safety) but I can limit the noise that I hear to protect my hearing. Not as quiet as the Bose ear cover style, but much more comfortable and not as hot in the summer.

The bose wireless headphones have great all round sound. Would definitely recommend.
