When I got these I thought I hit the jackpot but no. Bose should know better than this. Noise canceling is not on par with others and the sound software and hardware let me down. Also, they are just big in the ear.

Ok so the active noise cancelling feature is amazing. It really does drown out sounds. And the clarity is top notch. My complaint is fit. I tried all 3 tips included and the bose buds don't stay in my ear. The charging case is kinda large but the battery life is great.

Earbuds are comfortable and stay in place while I am active. Charging is easy the sound is excellent.

I really, really wanted to like this product. You read about Bose when you search online for the best wireless, noise-canceling headphones, and they all say how it's one of the best. Unfortunately, as the title says, this device has this noticeable buzz/white noise sound that comes through the left earbud after using them a short while. I originally planned to buy & keep 2 of these because I always on my laptop & iPhone, whether it's to play computer games, listen to music, watch YouTube videos, and so on. And I figured I wouldn't run into battery issues if I had more than one. But both times, that left earbud ruined things for me. On one pair (the one I used w/ my laptop), there would be a constant buzz whether or not I was watching something. Was it incredibly loud? No, but sooner or later you get sick of it since...well, these earbuds are one of the most expensive wireless, noise-cancelling earbuds on the market. So, obviously, you'd expect them to be near perfect while you use them! As for the other pair that I used w/ my iPhone, the buzz wasn't there if you were listening to music...but, you still heard it when you watched videos. Another issue is the sound quality. Compared to Apple Airpods & Sony WF-1000XM4, which sound great, these earbuds had a... I'm not even sure how I'd describe it. Muddy, unclear? I'd be listening to a song and be thinking, "the singer has a higher voice than this, it's missing her usual brightness." It's like Bose skimped out on the high notes (or treble). As for the positives, the earbuds feel really nice when you put them in (especially the first time). And they probably have the best passive noise-cancellation, in that they naturally plug up your ears and are snug. The active noise-cancelling might also better than those in other headphones. However, I can't really judge this fairly because I came into this thinking that ANC = blocking out literally every big & annoying noise other than what you're listening to, when it apparently means blocking out noise ONLY when music/whatever is playing at the same time. You figure there'd be better technology out there at blocking out nearly all noises out there. The sort of "noise-cancelling" in earbuds these days seems to be from technology that's been around for at least 10 years, but I'm no expert. At the end of the day, you'll end up returning these after a couple of weeks if you buy them. It's too bad.

The connectivity to my phone is great and the sound quality is awesome they lock in the ear pretty good.

For me, it’s ALL about BOSE. I do love the noise canceling feature. I only gave it 4 stars because I have to keep adjusting the buds in my ears, as the ear hook part pops out of my ears—and then it just maybe my ear shape. Please don’t be discouraged by my review, because they are excellent in ever other way. You will be truly happy with your purchase.

Just really happy with these. The noise cancelling is way better than I expected, was really getting for the sound and would take whatever noise cancelling I could get. So I was very pleasantly surprised. Love the Qi charging feature for the case, so no wires! Recommend to anyone. Getting in your ear takes a bit of practice, I don't think it's intuitive how to place them for best fit and passive noise reduction, but once you find it it's all good.

The 2 stars are for the noise cancelling only - its pretty cool how it cancels out ambient noise. The connectivity sucks. Too glitchy. During web conferences (MS teams and Google Meet), if 2 people are talking at the same time, you hear nothing. When you disconnect them and use your computer speakers, they randomly re-connect without you even touching them or having them in your ears, muting the computer speakers you are using to listen because your headphones suck. I have been using and recommending Bose products for years - I do not recommend these. I expected a LOT better for $280.
