The headphones are awesome when they work. They are great for airplanes and removing noises around you. However I bought 4 pairs over the last year for myself and 2 other people. The first pair was on the charger and started smoking and burned up the cable tip and case. They were refurbished and only lasted about 4 months, so had to pay full price for a replacement. Bose said the warranty was only good for 90 days. Ok Lesson learned. The second pair was was bought August 13, 2021. Loved them, excellent sound quality, sometimes had issues to reconnect, but got through those issues until the last two weeks. I have not been able to connect them to any Bluetooth. I have reset them, I have connected to btu.bose, updated the software, but still no luck. I go to Bose's website and file a tech support claim, well just my luck. The warranty has expired and so I have to pay to replace them at my cost. I also noticed the new model just came out. So Lesson learned. These headphones are perfectly equipped to barely get through the warranty. So if the headphones are only going to be good for a year of less, say so. This pair is going into the trash and will not replace them at my cost. The third pair have not been used extensively, but always seem to be a connection issue and I need to get them from my wife and reset them and go through the trouble shooting. There is only two months left on the warranty, so it might be a mute point. Probably need to just go back to over the ear muffs for teleconferences.

Bought these for my wife. She loves them but does say they have a lot of base. After about a month they quit pairing with her phone so we had to replace them. Replacement was easy with Bose not giving us any issue.

These buds slap, noise-cancelling is nuts. You go full mode Noise-Cancel and everything just shuts; tbh there's some slight sound if you're looking to break that barrier and really try to focus on the outside. The sound is amazing.

Great sound. I wish they were smaller but I would opt for the larger size with great sound any day than a smaller device with inferior sound. I had to replace mine because the left earbud stopped working. I would not charge or sync with the base or the phone. If you don't mind size, I think the NC 700 HP headset is a better value.

Finally ear buds that work. They do not loose connection a few feet away from the source. I use mine around the house with no drop-outs. The sound is great. The noise cancellation is second to none. They completely cancel out the noise of jet engines when traveling. Uncanny for sure. Highly recommend these ear buds.

Overall, superb sound quality, lots of different sound modes, and of course the quality Bose sound. I wpuld have rated ot a 5, but my biggest complaint is with the volume control. You have to give it a gentle swipe, otherwise youre constantly muting it.

They work great but the only issue Is they fall out of my ears at times !

Shipment was delayed. Earbuds is great but switching connection from 1 device to another is not that friendly. Sound quality is good and comfort is much better than airpods.
