But note that superior noise cancellation will always be in products that are OVER the ear (like earmuffs) This small form factor in noise cancellation has helped me study well in public spaces. A++++

Works perfectly fine with iPhone, iPad, iMac, and all Apple products. However, there are sync/delay issues when using Windows 10. Tried troubleshooting but to no avail.

They are great and last a long time. I use them everyday. The case allows me to place them back in and gibe them a quick charge when I have been listening to music or a book all day.

They can block out noise better then my Apple AirPods Pro. Always love the sound you get from Bose products. Usually the one company you can count on for consistent quality products.

Connectivity Issues

I ordered these and Airpod Pros to try each. I haven't gotten the airpods, but I was so impressed with these that I didn't think I needed to try the airpods. The trouble came when I tried to connect it to my work computer (the main reason I bought them). My Windows 10 computer said that it was connected, but the earbuds said that they were still trying to pair. The only troubleshoot I couldn't try is downloading a computer app which I couldn't. Hope the airpods are better.

We're glad you like the earbuds and are impressed by them. Pairing to your computer is designed to be like connecting to any other device. Make sure the earbuds are in pairing mode by pressing the button inside the case for 2-3 seconds, when you see a blue flashing light have the computer search for them. My only minor issue is the size of the charging case. It is really thick and really doesn’t go in my pants pocket without is showing a huge bump.

Got on an airplane and sure enough they performed close enough tbat I didnt want to change back to the headphones. I AM TRULY IMPRESSED!

I was concerned that these might not block noise as well, but I was wrong. I found these to be as effective as over-the-ear headphones for flying. With so little noise, I don't need to play me music as loud!
